This is a 3.6V, 600mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the TAICOM GCL802 cordless phone handset. It slots into the handset battery compartment and restores wireless operation once the original cell no longer holds a useful charge. Capacity and voltage match the factory specification exactly.

Fix this by confirming the battery contacts are clean and the handset is fully seated, then leave it undisturbed for at least 30 minutes — some base stations need a trickle current to bring the pack above the acceptance threshold before switching to normal charge mode. If the error persists, check that resting cell voltage is above 3.0V before re-seating.
