Fits Telekom T-Sinus 701A, 711MMS, 701MMS, and 701M cordless phone handsets.
3.7V lithium-ion pack delivers 750mAh capacity — restores full talk time on handsets weakened by age or storage discharge.
Slides into handset battery compartment with standard connector; locking tab engages flush against the housing slot.
We bench-tested this cell on a T-Sinus 701A base station — BMS accepted the pack on first insertion, voltage held steady under transmit load.
After installing this Li-ion cell, seat the handset in the base for a full 16-hour charge cycle before regular use — lithium packs in DECT phones need an initial slow charge to calibrate the base station's fuel gauge.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Telekom T-Sinus 701A / 711MMS Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 3.7V, 750mAh Li-ion battery replaces the factory pack in the Telekom T-Sinus 701A, 701M, 701MMS, and 711MMS cordless DECT handsets. It matches the original cell dimensions at 50.20 × 37.50 × 7.65mm and drops into the battery compartment without modification. If the handset is shutting down mid-call or failing to hold a charge, this is the direct fix.

  • T-Sinus 701 and 711 series compatibility: These handsets share the same battery footprint, connector orientation, and 3.7V supply rail across the 701A, 701M, 701MMS, and 711MMS variants. The BMS in each model accepts the same charge termination voltage, so one cell fits all four without adapter or firmware difference.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the base station charge circuit and monitored the BMS across full charge and discharge. Charge acceptance was clean — no cutoff faults, no trickle-lock. The protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage threshold before cell damage could occur.
  • First charge after installation: Place the handset in the base immediately after fitting this battery and leave it for a full uninterrupted charge cycle before first use. Li-ion cells shipped in storage state need a complete charge before the handset's power management reads capacity accurately — skipping this causes the battery indicator to misread from day one.

Why the T-Sinus handset loses range within minutes of leaving the base

The DECT radio in these handsets draws a sharp current spike each time it transmits. A degraded or partially charged Li-ion cell sags in voltage under that RF load, causing the handset to reduce transmit power or drop the link entirely. This is not a pairing fault or a base station fault — it is the battery failing to sustain the transmit current. A fresh cell at full charge holds voltage flat across the RF burst and restores normal range immediately.

Handset not re-pairing with the base after battery replacement

Removing the battery from a DECT handset cuts power completely, which clears the volatile memory holding the pairing key on some T-Sinus models. The base station no longer recognises the handset when power is restored. To fix this, initiate a fresh registration from the base station menu — hold the page or register button on the base until the handset enters pairing mode, then follow the on-screen prompt. Once re-registered, the handset operates normally and retains the pairing across subsequent battery swaps as long as the cell stays above 3.0V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My T-Sinus 711MMS talk time is still short after fitting the new battery — is the cell faulty?

It is not faulty. Li-ion cells shipped in low storage state often read inaccurately on the handset's fuel gauge for the first few cycles. Place the handset in the base after each call and run two to three full charge-and-use cycles before judging capacity. After the third cycle, the handset's power management calibrates correctly and talk time stabilises at the rated level.

The base station charge light is not coming on after I installed the replacement battery — what is wrong?

A Li-ion cell stored at minimum voltage can sit below the threshold the base station's charge circuit requires before it will begin charging. Remove the handset, wait ten seconds, and reseat it firmly — the contacts sometimes need a clean connection to initiate handshake. If the light still does not come on, connect the handset to a USB charger if your model supports it to push the cell above 3.6V, then return it to the base.

My T-Sinus 701A battery drains completely overnight even when it is sitting in the base — why?

This is a contact or seating issue, not a battery fault. If the handset is not fully clicked into the base, the charge pins make intermittent contact and the handset runs on battery in standby rather than drawing from the base supply. Check that the handset sits flush with no gap at the bottom — rock it gently forward until you feel it seat. If the drain continues with confirmed full seating, clean the charge contacts on both the handset and base with a dry cloth to remove oxidation.
