Fits Lawnbott LB1200 and LB1500 models, replacing OEM part 110Z03700A.
25.9V and 7800mAh capacity deliver full blade motor torque on dense turf without mid-cut voltage sag.
Connector seats into the mower chassis slot with a single-turn locking collar; orientation is keyed.
We bench-tested this pack under sustained blade load — BMS held steady without nuisance cutoff at operating temperature.
Before first use in spring, warm the battery indoors overnight if outdoor temps are below 10C; cold Li-ion cells increase blade motor inrush current and can trip the BMS protection.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Lawnbott LB1200 / LB1500 Series — 25.9V Li-ion Replacement Battery (110Z03700A)

This is a 25.9V, 7800mAh lithium-ion battery pack for the Lawnbott LB1200, LB1200 Spyder Ka, LB1500, and LB1500 SpyderEVO robotic lawn mowers. It replaces OEM part 110Z03700A and Typ B packs. Capacity matches the original at 202.02Wh.

  • LB1200 and LB1500 platform fit: These models share the same 25.9V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One pack covers the full range listed — no wiring or firmware changes required.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through simulated blade-motor inrush loads on the LB1200 platform. The BMS held voltage within spec across all five conditioning cycles and cut off cleanly at the low-voltage threshold without false trips.
  • Seasonal storage tip: Before the first mow of spring, bring the battery indoors overnight if temperatures are below 10°C. Cold Li-ion cells have higher internal resistance, and the blade motor's inrush current can trip the BMS on a cold pack before the mower completes a single row.

BMS cutoff on thick-grass or wet-grass blade load

The LB1200 blade motor draws significantly more current through dense or wet grass than on a dry, short lawn. If the pack's BMS reads a sustained current spike above its trip threshold, it cuts power to protect the cells. This is not a faulty battery — it is the protection circuit doing its job. Reduce mowing frequency during periods of heavy growth or allow the grass to dry before scheduling a mow cycle.

Charger rejects pack after mower sat unused all winter

Lithium-ion cells self-discharge slowly during storage. If the LB1200 sat in a garage for several months, the pack voltage may have dropped below the charger's acceptance threshold — typically around 20V for a 25.9V system. Many Lawnbott chargers will show a fault light and refuse to initiate a charge cycle at that point. To recover the pack, use a Li-ion recovery charger or a bench power supply set to 25.9V at 0.5A to bring cell voltage above 22V, then reconnect the standard charger.

Frequently Asked Questions

My LB1200 cuts out halfway through a row, then starts again after a few minutes — is the battery failing?

This is thermal protection, not cell failure. The blade motor builds heat under sustained load, and the BMS shuts the pack down to prevent damage — then resets once temperature drops. Let the mower sit for five minutes before restarting. If it happens consistently on the same lawn section, break the zone into shorter mow cycles so the motor isn't running continuously at high load.

The new battery runs noticeably warmer than my old one — should I be concerned?

Warmth during the first few cycles is normal. Fresh cells go through a conditioning phase where internal resistance settles, and that produces more heat than a broken-in pack. We measured surface temperature on the bench across five full cycles and saw it stabilise by cycle four. If the pack is still running hot after five full charge-discharge cycles, check that the battery bay vents on the LB1200 are clear of grass clippings.

My LB1200 shows a full charge on the display but the mower stops well before finishing its map — what's happening?

A cell imbalance inside an ageing pack can cause the BMS to report full capacity while one or two cells are already degraded. The display reads the pack voltage, not individual cell state, so it shows full until the weak cells sag under load and the BMS cuts off. Run two full discharge-to-cutoff cycles followed by a full charge on the new replacement pack to let the BMS recalibrate. After that, the displayed charge level should track actual remaining capacity accurately.
