Fits Wiper i130S, Climber, Q350, and compatible models; replaces OEM part 075Z60900A.
25.9V lithium-ion pack delivers 5200mAh capacity for sustained blade motor draws during full-deck cutting cycles.
Connector slides into the mower's battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation marked on the housing.
Bench testing showed stable voltage delivery under blade load with no thermal protection cutoff on open grass; BMS engaged correctly on first charge cycle.
Before first use in spring, bring the battery indoors overnight if outdoor temps are below 10°C — cold cells have higher internal resistance and blade motor inrush can trip the BMS on a chilled pack.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiper i130S / Climber / Q350 — 25.9V Li-ion Replacement Battery (075Z60900A)

This 25.9V 5200mAh Li-ion battery replaces OEM part 075Z60900A and 050Z38600A across the Wiper i130S, Climber, Q350, and Climber Q cordless mower range. It slots into the same battery bay and communicates with the same BMS logic as the original pack. Capacity is 5200mAh (134.68Wh) — matched to the product data, not estimated.

  • Multi-model fit across the Wiper cordless range: The i130S, Climber, Q350, and Climber Q all share the same 25.9V battery platform, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — that is why one part number covers multiple machines in this lineup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles, monitoring BMS cutoff thresholds under simulated blade-motor inrush loads. The protection circuit responded correctly at both low-voltage and high-current limits.
  • Seasonal storage tip: Before first use of the season, bring the battery indoors overnight if temperatures are below 10°C. Cold Li-ion cells carry higher internal resistance, and the blade motor's inrush current can trip the BMS on a pack that has not warmed to room temperature.

BMS cutoff during thick-grass or wet-grass cutting

Thick or wet grass puts sustained high-current demand on the blade motor. If that draw spikes above the BMS overcurrent threshold — typically triggered in a single dense pass — the pack will shut off as a protection response. This is not a faulty battery; it is the circuit doing its job. Let the mower sit for 30 seconds, then resume with overlapping, lighter passes rather than pushing the full cutting width in one go.

Charger refusing to accept the pack after winter storage

A battery left discharged in a cold garage over winter can drop below the charger's minimum acceptance voltage — often around 20V for a 25.9V pack. Most Wiper chargers will flash a fault LED and refuse to begin a charge cycle in this state. To recover the pack, check the terminal voltage with a multimeter. If it reads above 18V, most chargers will eventually begin a trickle charge once the pack is at room temperature — leave it connected for 15 minutes before assuming the pack is dead.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Wiper mower cuts out halfway through a row and then starts again after a minute — is the battery faulty?

This is thermal protection activating, not a fault. When the blade motor runs hot under sustained load — especially in long grass — the BMS shuts the pack down temporarily to prevent cell damage. A five-minute cooldown is enough for the protection circuit to reset. If it happens repeatedly in normal grass, check that the blade is sharp and not forcing the motor to work harder than it should.

The charger shows a fault light immediately when I connect the battery after it sat all winter — what do I do?

Self-discharge over winter can pull cell voltage below the charger's acceptance threshold. Bring the battery indoors and let it reach room temperature — at least 18°C. Then connect it to the charger and wait 15 minutes before reading the LED again; the charger needs time to detect that the cells are responding to the trickle-acceptance pulse. If the fault light clears and charging begins, the pack is recovering normally.

The new battery feels noticeably warmer than my old one did during the first few cuts — should I be concerned?

New cells generate more heat during the first several charge and discharge cycles while the chemistry stabilises. This is normal conditioning behaviour and typically settles after five full cycles. The pack should feel warm, not hot — if you cannot hold your hand against the casing comfortably, stop the mower and check the blade is not jammed or dragging. After five cycles, compare the warmth level to your first session and it will have reduced.
