Fits Honor 60 Pro 5G (TNA-AN00) and replaces OEM battery HB506390EFW.
3.87V Li-Polymer cell rated 4800mAh (18.58Wh) restores full charge capacity to the phone without voltage sag during calls or app use.
Connector solders directly to the board; locking tab seats flush against the retention clip on the left edge.
We cycled this pack on a TNA-AN00 testbed and confirmed the BMS accepted charge current without throttling and held voltage clean under sustained modem load.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this recalibrates the fuel gauge IC to the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging runs.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Honor 60 Pro 5G (TNA-AN00) — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (HB506390EFW)

This is a 3.87V, 4800mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Honor 60 Pro 5G (model TNA-AN00). It replaces OEM part HB506390EFW and restores power to the device when the original cell has degraded or failed to hold a charge. Voltage, connector, and physical dimensions match the original cell specification.

  • 60 Pro 5G / TNA-AN00 fitment: Both model designations share the same battery bay dimensions (88.40 × 62.50 × 5.00mm), connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — so one cell covers both variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the TNA-AN00 platform and confirmed the BMS accepted the cell, reported state-of-charge correctly after calibration, and held voltage within spec under screen and modem load.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current fast charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

A new Li-Polymer cell has a slightly different discharge curve than the worn cell the fuel gauge IC was calibrated to. When voltage under load drops faster than the IC expects, the phone interprets a false low-voltage condition and cuts out before the displayed percentage reaches zero. This is not a faulty cell — it is a calibration mismatch. One full discharge to automatic cutoff followed by a complete charge to 100% resets the coulomb counter and resolves the premature shutdown in most cases.

USB-PD fast charge not accepted on the first cycle after replacement

Honor's proprietary fast charge protocol requires the charge IC to negotiate current limits with the BMS on the new cell. On the first cycle, the BMS may default to a conservative current ceiling until it has completed one full charge pass. If the phone shows standard charging speed instead of fast charge immediately after fitting the new battery, complete one full charge cycle on the standard charger first. Fast charge should activate normally from the second cycle onward once the BMS has logged an initial full-charge event.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Honor 60 Pro 5G keeps shutting off at around 25% battery — is the replacement cell bad?

This is almost always a fuel gauge IC calibration issue, not a defective cell. The coulomb counter in the phone was mapped to the old cell's discharge curve and now cuts power when voltage sags under modem or screen load — even though capacity remains. Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without fast charging enabled. That single cycle resets the calibration and the early shutdowns typically stop.

The phone won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before installation — what's wrong?

Li-Polymer cells self-discharge in storage, and if voltage dropped below approximately 2.5V per cell, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent damage. The phone will not power on from this state. Connect the original Honor charger and leave it for 30–45 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC will trickle current into the cell to lift voltage above the BMS recovery threshold before normal charging begins. Once the phone shows a charging indicator, proceed with a full charge cycle.

Battery percentage jumps around erratically — showing 60%, then 45%, then back to 55% within minutes — after fitting this cell.

Erratic percentage jumps are the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against an unfamiliar cell discharge curve. The coulomb counter is interpolating state-of-charge from a lookup table built on the old cell and getting inconsistent readings. Disable fast charging in Settings, then run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown followed by a full uninterrupted charge to 100%. After that single calibration cycle, the IC updates its reference curve and percentage reporting stabilises.
