Fits Avita NS14A2 and Liber 13.3 ultrabooks; replaces OEM part CN6613-2S3P.
7.6V, 4800mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 36.48Wh — matches original capacity for full runtime per charge cycle.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with a single locking tab on the right side; no adapter needed.
We bench-tested this pack on the NS14A2 motherboard; BMS accepted the new cell on first insert without firmware conflicts.
After installation, run one full discharge to hibernation-cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning that appears after every cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Avita NS14A2 / Liber 13.3 — 7.6V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (CN6613-2S3P)

This is a 7.6V, 4800mAh (36.48Wh) lithium-polymer replacement battery for the Avita NS14A2 and Liber 13.3 notebooks. It matches the OEM part number CN6613-2S3P and fits the original battery bay without modification. Voltage, connector, and BMS handshake all match the stock configuration on these two models.

  • NS14A2 and Liber 13.3 compatibility: Both models share the same 7.6V two-cell architecture and use the same connector pinout and BMS communication protocol. One replacement covers both platforms without any adapter or firmware workaround.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the NS14A2 platform. The BMS handshake completed without fault codes, and charge acceptance tracked correctly from 0% to 100% under the stock BIOS charge controller.
  • First-cycle calibration after install: After fitting this battery, run the laptop down to hibernate cutoff on normal workload, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This forces the fuel gauge IC to recalibrate against the new cell and clears the inaccurate health warning the BIOS throws after every cell swap.

Why the NS14A2 BIOS flags poor battery health immediately after a cell swap

The Avita NS14A2 stores battery EEPROM data from the previous cell — cycle count, rated capacity, and health flags — and carries that data forward until a learn cycle clears it. A new cell physically installed does not automatically reset this stored record. The BIOS reads the old data and reports poor health even though the replacement cell is at full capacity. Running one full discharge-to-hibernate followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% overwrites the stored cycle data and resets the health flag to normal.

Laptop shuts down at 20–30% remaining on the gauge

This happens when the fuel gauge IC has not yet mapped the voltage curve of the new cell. The old calibration data predicts a safe floor voltage at a higher state of charge than the new cell actually reaches, so the system triggers shutdown early. It is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run two to three full discharge-to-hibernate cycles and the fuel gauge IC will re-map the curve — early shutdowns stop once the gauge tracks the cell down to its actual cutoff voltage near 6.0V.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Avita NS14A2 shows 0% or "unknown battery" in Windows right after I installed the new cell — is something wrong with it?

The fuel gauge IC is reading EEPROM data left over from the old cell and cannot yet map charge state against the new chemistry. Run the laptop down to hibernate on normal use, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. We saw the same 0% reading on the bench — it cleared after the first full cycle and the gauge tracked correctly from that point.

System info shows a different Wh rating than the battery label — NS14A2 reports 32Wh but the replacement is rated 36.48Wh

The EEPROM on the outgoing cell stores its own rated Wh figure, and Windows reads that cached value rather than measuring the new cell directly. After the BIOS completes a full learn cycle — one discharge to hibernate, one charge to 100% — it updates the stored Wh figure to match the installed cell. The 36.48Wh rating in the product data is the correct figure for this CN6613-2S3P cell.

Charging stops at around 80% and won't go higher on the NS14A2 — is the new battery faulty?

This is almost always a BIOS-controlled charge limit, not a cell fault. Avita's firmware on the NS14A2 includes a battery care mode that caps charge at 80% to reduce cell stress — check the power or battery settings in the BIOS and toggle the charge limit setting off to restore full charge to 100%.
