Fits ONN Surf Y1333W tablet; replaces OEM battery UTL-4766133.
This 7.6V, 6000mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full system power to the tablet processor, display, and wireless components.
Connector seats into the tablet's internal battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation is keyed.
We bench-tested this cell in the Y1333W circuit; the BMS accepted the pack on first insertion with no fault codes.
On first charge after installation, run a full discharge to system cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the tablet's fuel gauge calibration against the new cell capacity and clears phantom low-battery warnings from EEPROM data stored by the old pack.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ONN Surf Y1333W / WU133W / K1412W — 7.6V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (UTL-4766133)

This is a 7.6V, 6000mAh (45.6Wh) lithium-polymer replacement battery for the ONN Surf Y1333W tablet and compatible models including WU133W, K1412W, and 100002434. It replaces OEM part UTL-4766133. The battery connects to the tablet's main board and powers the display, processor, and system logic during portable use.

  • Y1333W, WU133W, K1412W, 100002434 compatibility: These models share the same 7.6V power rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — one cell fits all four variants without adapter or modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the Y1333W platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without fault codes, and the fuel gauge IC tracked state-of-charge accurately after two calibration cycles.
  • First-cycle recalibration on the Y1333W: After installation, run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This resets the tablet's battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning the firmware posts after every cell swap.

Why the Y1333W shuts down at 20–30% after a battery swap

The fuel gauge IC on this tablet maps voltage curves from the old cell's EEPROM data. A new cell has a different voltage-to-capacity profile, so the gauge reads the cliff incorrectly and triggers shutdown well above true empty. Under combined CPU and display load, the new cell's voltage drops faster than the stale curve predicts. Running two full discharge-to-hibernate then full-charge cycles overwrites the learned curve and brings the cutoff back to the correct threshold near 3.0V per cell.

Tablet shows 0% or "unknown battery" immediately after installing the new cell

This happens because the firmware is still reading EEPROM data written by the original cell — the new cell's identification registers haven't been accepted yet. The tablet hasn't faulted; it just hasn't completed a handshake with the replacement. Power the tablet on with the charger connected and let it sit at the charging screen for 10 minutes before booting into the OS. After one complete charge cycle, the fuel gauge IC re-initialises and the percentage display returns to normal.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ONN Surf Y1333W shows the battery at 0% or "unknown" right after I put in the new battery — did I get a dead cell?

The cell is not dead. The tablet's fuel gauge IC is still reading EEPROM data registered by the original cell and hasn't completed a handshake with the replacement yet. Connect the charger, let the tablet sit at the charging screen for 10 minutes, then boot into the OS. After one full charge cycle the fuel gauge re-initialises and reports normally.

The Y1333W is cutting off at around 25% charged — why is it shutting down so early?

The tablet's fuel gauge maps voltage-to-capacity curves learned from the old cell, so it triggers a shutdown well before the new cell actually hits empty. This is a calibration mismatch, not a fault with the replacement. Run two complete cycles — full discharge to hibernate cutoff, then uninterrupted charge to 100% each time. That overwrites the stale curve and moves the shutdown threshold back down near the correct 3.0V per cell floor.

System info on my Y1333W shows the wrong Wh rating after swapping the battery — it says something lower than 45.6Wh.

The Wh figure displayed in system info is pulled from the EEPROM of the previous cell, not measured from the new one. The firmware hasn't yet written updated capacity data for the replacement. Complete one full discharge-to-hibernate then a full uninterrupted charge to 100% — after that cycle the BIOS battery learn routine updates the stored Wh value to reflect the actual 45.6Wh rating of the new cell.
