Fits Fitbit One activity tracker, replaces OEM part LSSP281324AB.
3.7V 60mAh Li-Polymer cell powers this clip-worn tracker through daily step counting and sleep monitoring cycles.
Connector seats into the flat battery slot on the underside; no locking tab, flat contact alignment required.
We bench-tested the cell on a Fitbit One simulator — BMS accepted the charge handshake cleanly, voltage stable across discharge.
After installing this cell, place the tracker on its charger and run a full 100% charge cycle before wearing — the fuel gauge IC cannot recalibrate its reference without this initial charge from shutdown state.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

FitBit One — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (LSSP281324AB)

This is a 3.7V 60mAh Li-Polymer cell for the FitBit One clip-on fitness tracker. It replaces part number LSSP281324AB when the original cell can no longer hold enough charge for normal daily use. The FitBit One is a compact device with tight dimensional tolerances — this cell measures 20.30 x 12.90 x 4.20mm to match the original.

  • FitBit One fit: The One uses a dedicated clip housing with a fixed battery bay. The LSSP281324AB footprint is specific to this model — the connector orientation and cell dimensions are not shared with other FitBit clip-on variants.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the One platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without fault flags, and the fuel gauge IC responded correctly once a full charge cycle was completed from near-zero.
  • Post-swap charging protocol for the FitBit One: Place the device on its charging cradle immediately after fitting this cell and charge to 100% before use. The fuel gauge IC on the One loses its reference point when the cell is swapped — skipping this step causes the percentage readout to stay at 0% or report inaccurately for days.

Why the FitBit One sleep tracking drains this cell faster than step counting

Sleep tracking on the One keeps the accelerometer active through the night in a continuous logging state, rather than the lower-power polling mode used during daytime step counting. On a 60mAh cell, that sustained draw is proportionally significant. If you enable sleep tracking every night, expect shorter intervals between charges compared to step-only use. Turning off sleep tracking when you are not actively monitoring it is the most direct way to extend time between charges on this platform.

FitBit One showing 0% and not powering on after battery replacement

This is a fuel gauge IC calibration loss, not a faulty cell. When the original battery is removed, the IC loses its charge reference entirely and defaults to 0% or refuses to boot. Place the One on its charging cradle straight after fitting the new cell and leave it until the indicator shows a full charge. Do not attempt to power it on mid-charge to check progress. Once it reaches 100%, the IC re-establishes its reference and the device boots normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

My FitBit One is only lasting one day on a new battery — it used to go several days. What's draining it?

Continuous syncing and always-on accelerometer logging are the two biggest draws on this 60mAh cell. Check whether background Bluetooth sync is set to "All-Day Sync" in the app — turning this to manual sync cuts the wireless radio draw significantly. Also confirm sleep tracking is only enabled on nights you actually intend to record. Both settings together are usually what collapses multi-day use down to a single day.

The charge contacts on my FitBit One aren't making a connection after I replaced the battery — the charging cradle isn't responding at all.

The charge pins on the One sit flush against a specific contact point on the clip housing, and reassembly can shift the internal frame slightly out of alignment. Remove the device from the cradle, wipe both the cradle contacts and the device contacts with a dry cloth, then reseat the One firmly and squarely. If the cradle still shows no response, check that the back panel is fully clipped down — a partially seated cover lifts the contact points just enough to break the circuit.

My FitBit One stopped syncing to the app after the battery swap. Bluetooth is on but the device won't pair.

Removing the battery terminates the active BLE session between the One and your phone, and the app does not automatically re-establish it. Open the FitBit app, go to your account settings, select the One device, and tap "Remove this Device." Then add it again as a new device using the standard pairing flow. The tracker pairs fresh within about 30 seconds once the app has cleared the old session record.
