Fits Kidz Watch Pro model AHB562828 smartwatch battery slot.
3.7V 450mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers full charge capacity for time display, activity tracking, and Bluetooth connectivity on this watch.
Connector seats flush into the watch PCB with a single positive contact tab — alignment matters on reassembly or the watch reads zero percent.
We bench-tested this cell in the Watch Pro chassis; the fuel gauge IC initialized correctly after a full charge cycle from power-off state.
After fitting the new cell, place the watch on its charger immediately and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Kidz Watch Pro — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB562828)

This 3.7V 450mAh lithium-polymer cell replaces the AHB562828 battery in the Kidz Watch Pro smartwatch. It restores power to time display, activity tracking, and connectivity functions when the original cell has degraded or failed to hold a charge. Dimensions are 30.30 × 27.70 × 5.60mm — measure your existing cell before fitting.

  • Watch Pro platform fit: The AHB562828 footprint is specific to the Watch Pro chassis. Voltage rail, connector orientation, and cell dimensions must match exactly — a misaligned cell will not seat flush against the flex connector and can interrupt the charge circuit.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Watch Pro platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without error flags, and the fuel gauge IC registered voltage correctly after a full charge cycle from near-zero.
  • Fuel gauge calibration after swap: Place the watch on its charger immediately after fitting this cell and charge to 100% before first use. The fuel gauge IC on the Watch Pro cannot set an accurate reference point without a complete charge cycle from near-zero following a cell swap — skipping this step causes the percentage readout to drift or read incorrectly for days.

Why the Watch Pro battery drains in one day instead of several

The Watch Pro draws continuous current from the heart rate sensor, display backlight, and BLE stack running simultaneously. A degraded original cell loses usable capacity at the low end of its voltage curve, so the BMS cuts off earlier than expected. A fresh 450mAh cell restores the full discharge window. If drain remains heavy after swap, check whether always-on display mode is active — that single setting accounts for a significant share of daily draw on this platform.

Watch Pro not pairing with phone after battery replacement

Removing the battery clears the active BLE session stored in the watch's memory. The phone retains the old pairing record, but the watch boots fresh with no matching session key. The fix is straightforward: delete the Watch Pro from your phone's Bluetooth device list, then re-initiate pairing from the watch settings menu. Do not attempt to reconnect from the phone side first — the watch must advertise before the phone searches.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Watch Pro shows 0% and won't respond right after I put in the new battery — did I get a dead cell?

The cell is almost certainly fine. The Watch Pro's fuel gauge IC loses its voltage reference when the original cell is removed, so it boots with no valid state-of-charge reading and displays 0%. Place the watch on its charger immediately and let it charge uninterrupted to 100% before powering it on — after one full cycle from near-zero, the IC recalibrates and the percentage readout stabilises.

The heart rate sensor seems to be draining the new battery faster than it drained the old one — is the replacement cell weaker?

It is not weaker. A fresh cell has a different internal impedance than a worn cell, and the heart rate sensor's current draw interacts with that new impedance during the first several charge cycles. The Watch Pro's power management adjusts over roughly five to seven full cycles as it maps the new cell's discharge curve. If heavy drain continues past that break-in period, check that continuous HR monitoring is not set to the highest sampling rate in the watch settings.

The magnetic charger clicks into place but the Watch Pro shows no charging indicator after the battery swap — what's wrong?

The charge contacts on the Watch Pro's rear housing can shift slightly during reassembly, misaligning them with the magnetic charger's pins. Remove the charger, inspect the contact pads on the watch back for debris or adhesive residue from the swap, and re-seat the charger — rotating it slightly until the indicator appears. If the watch still shows no charging response, check the ribbon connector inside the case is fully pressed down, as a partial connection blocks the charge path before it reaches the cell.
