COBBO PRO 27 / PRO 27+ — 14.4V Li-ion 6700mAh Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V Li-ion battery pack rated at 6700mAh (96.48Wh), built to fit the COBBO PRO 27 and PRO 27+ cordless stick vacuums. It slots into the battery bay of either model and connects directly to the vacuum's motor and BMS circuitry. Replace it when your original pack no longer holds a useful charge or fails to power the unit through a full clean.

• PRO 27 and PRO 27+ compatibility: Both models run on the same 14.4V architecture and share an identical battery bay geometry and connector pinout. The BMS handshake protocol is the same across both, so one pack covers either variant without modification.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated draw loads matching the PRO 27 motor profile. The BMS held cutoff thresholds correctly, recovered from low-voltage rest states cleanly, and did not trip under the sustained suction loads typical of carpet cleaning.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor is drawing more current than rated — usually because the filter is partially blocked. A restricted airflow path forces the motor to work harder, pulling extra amps from the pack. The BMS reads this as a sustained high-draw event and begins throttling output voltage to protect the cells before the indicator registers low. Clean the filter first, then test suction. If suction recovers immediately, the battery was not the cause — voltage should hold above 13.0V at rest with a healthy pack.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then restarts after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked nozzle, saturated filter, or a tangled brush roll — the motor load spikes above the BMS current threshold and the pack cuts output to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and power returns. Clear the blockage or clean the filter before assuming the battery is faulty. If cut-outs continue on an unblocked machine, check that the pack voltage is at or above 14.4V after a full charge cycle.
