This is a 14.4V 3350mAh (48.24Wh) lithium-ion battery for the DI4 GYRO LASER 2500 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when the existing cell no longer holds a charge or capacity has dropped noticeably. Dimensions are 69.60 × 37.50 × 37.20mm — confirm these against your existing pack before fitting.

• GYRO LASER 2500 fitment: The 14.4V rail and physical form factor match the GYRO LASER 2500 battery bay directly. The BMS in this pack communicates with the vacuum's charge circuit at the same voltage threshold the motor controller expects on start-up.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack under sustained motor load and confirmed the BMS holds the 14.4V rail steady through full draw cycles. The protection circuit tripped correctly at overcurrent and recovered cleanly on reset — no false cutoffs under normal suction load.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than rated — typically caused by a partially blocked filter, not a failing battery. The BMS reads an overcurrent condition and pulls back power to the motor before the cell is actually depleted. Clear the filter first and retest. If suction restores to normal, the pack is fine — the filter was forcing the motor to work harder than the BMS allows.

Motor cutting out mid-use and then recovering after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead cell. When restricted airflow causes sustained high motor draw, the protection circuit cuts output to prevent cell damage. The pack recovers once temperature drops and the BMS resets. Check the filter and brush roll for blockages, clear them, and confirm the motor runs continuously at full suction — if it does, the cutout was restriction-driven, not a fault in the battery itself.
