This is a 14.4V 3350mAh (48.24Wh) lithium-ion battery for the DI4 GYRO LASER 2500 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when the existing cell no longer holds a charge or capacity has dropped noticeably. Dimensions are 69.60 × 37.50 × 37.20mm — confirm these against your existing pack before fitting.

Check the filter and brush roll for blockages, clear them, and confirm the motor runs continuously at full suction — if it does, the cutout was restriction-driven, not a fault in the battery itself.

Not necessarily. Clear the filter and brush roll, then retest. If suction holds at full strength through the cycle, the pack is working correctly.
The motor on my GYRO LASER 2500 keeps cutting out for a few seconds then comes back on — what's causing that?
That's a BMS overcurrent trip. Sustained restricted suction makes the motor pull more current than the protection circuit allows, so it cuts output temporarily to protect the cell. It resets once the draw drops. Clear any blockage in the filter or brush roll and the cutouts should stop — if the motor then runs continuously without interruption, the battery is not at fault.
My replacement battery capacity seems to have dropped noticeably after a few months — could dock charging be the cause?
Yes. Leaving the GYRO LASER 2500 on the charging dock continuously after the pack reaches full applies a trickle charge the cell does not need, and this degrades capacity faster than normal cycling. Charge only when the pack is depleted, then remove the vacuum from the dock once full. Going forward, charge to 14.4V and disconnect — do not store on the dock between uses.
