Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Dreame Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (P2150-4S2P-KLYEV)
This 14.4V 6700mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original power cell in the Dreame Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 and Bot X30 Ultra robot vacuum. It fits the RLL32SE and related variants sharing the same 4S2P cell configuration and BMS pinout. Capacity figure is 96.48Wh as per the original specification.
- Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 and X30 Ultra platform fit: These models share the same 14.4V power rail, physical cell pack dimensions, and BMS communication protocol — the battery slots and handshakes identically across the listed variants without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and charge sequences on the Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 platform. The BMS correctly reported state-of-charge to the robot's onboard controller and the dock charger accepted the pack without faults.
- Dock charging habit on robot vacuums: Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging on a full pack accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next cleaning session.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 runs a high-torque brushless motor that pulls significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted. Under that elevated draw, cell voltage sags below the BMS's sustained-load threshold before the state-of-charge indicator reflects it. The robot interprets this as a power issue, not a filter issue, and reduces motor speed to protect the pack. Clean the HEPA filter and check the brush roll for hair wrap first — if suction recovers, the battery was reacting correctly to an overloaded motor.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then restarts on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When the main brush or side brush jams — tangled carpet fibre, debris ingestion — the motor stall current spikes above the BMS's trip threshold and the pack disconnects the output rail to protect the cells. The robot pauses, the BMS resets after a few seconds, and the vacuum restarts. Clear whatever is blocking the brush roll, then check that the suction path is unobstructed. If trips are frequent on clean floors with no visible blockage, measure pack voltage at rest — a healthy cell should read at or above 16.4V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Dreame Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 is running for much less time than it used to — is that the battery or the filter?
Nine times out of ten it is both — a clogged HEPA filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which drains the pack faster and also accelerates cell capacity fade over time. Pull the filter out and hold it to a light; if airflow is visibly restricted, clean it before concluding the battery has failed. If runtime is still short after a clean filter and a full charge cycle, the cell capacity has degraded and the pack needs replacing. A pack in good health reads 16.4V or above immediately after a completed charge.
The Dreame bot keeps returning to the dock to recharge halfway through a cleaning job, but the app shows the battery at 40% when it leaves.
This is voltage sag under motor load. The pack may report 40% state-of-charge at rest, but when the motor ramps up — especially on carpet or after a suction restriction — cell voltage drops sharply and the BMS signals a low-power condition to the robot's controller. The controller sends the unit back to dock to avoid a hard cutoff mid-room. Check the filter and brush roll first. If the hardware is clear and the problem persists, the cells have lost enough internal capacity that sag under load is triggering the return threshold — replace the battery.
The replacement battery charged fully but the Dreame bot's app still shows the old battery percentage and won't update correctly.
The Bot L10s Ultra Gen2 uses BMS data to estimate state-of-charge, and a new pack sometimes needs one full discharge-and-recharge cycle before the onboard controller recalibrates its fuel gauge to the new cell's characteristics. Run the robot until it returns to dock on low power, let it charge fully without interruption, and check the app again. If the percentage readout is still erratic after two full cycles, confirm the replacement part number matches P2150-4S2P-KLYEV or P2150-4S2P-SCEV — a mismatched BMS handshake will cause persistent reporting errors.
