Fits Evolveo Robotrex H5 and H6 robot vacuums; replaces OEM battery CS-FEX750VX.
14.4V and 2600mAh capacity deliver full motor power on restricted surfaces without voltage sag cutoff.
Connector slides straight into the battery bay with a positive lock tab; orientation marked on housing.
We bench-tested the BMS on a Robotrex H5 dock — full charge acceptance, no fault delays, stable discharge under motor load.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge; trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charge-on-demand cycles on cordless vacuums.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Evolveo Robotrex H5 / RoboTrex H6 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion battery fits the Evolveo Robotrex H5 and RoboTrex H6 robot vacuum cleaners. It replaces the original cell when capacity fade has reduced cleaning coverage per charge. Voltage and connector match the original spec — no modification needed.

  • Robotrex H5 and RoboTrex H6 fit: Both models run the same 14.4V architecture and use an identical battery bay and connector layout. The BMS handshake requirements are consistent across the H5 and H6 variants, so one cell covers both.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran charge and discharge cycles on this cell, monitoring BMS cutoff points and charge acceptance. The protection circuit responded correctly at both low-voltage cutoff and full-charge termination with no anomalies.
  • Dock charging habit on the Robotrex H5: Do not leave this vacuum sitting on its charging contacts continuously between cleans. Robot vacuums on permanent dock charge trickle the cell constantly, which accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next cleaning run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the Robotrex H5

This happens when the motor draws more current than the cell can cleanly deliver under load — voltage sags even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. A partially blocked filter is the most common trigger: restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder, pulling higher current and collapsing cell voltage faster. Clean the filter first and check that the dustbin is empty before blaming the battery. If suction still drops early, check resting cell voltage after a full charge — it should read at least 16.4V off the charger.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is blocked — usually a jammed brush roll, compacted dustbin, or clogged filter — the motor sustains a high-draw stall that pushes current past the BMS protection threshold, and the circuit opens to protect the cell. The BMS resets after a brief cooldown, which is why the vacuum restarts on its own. Clear the blockage, check the brush roll for wrapped hair, and verify the filter is clean before running the vacuum again.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Evolveo Robotrex H5 seems to be losing suction well before the battery runs out — is that normal?

It is not normal, and the battery is rarely the first cause. A restricted filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes cell voltage to sag under load even when charge capacity is still present. Clean the filter and empty the dustbin, then run a full cleaning cycle. If the problem continues, check resting voltage off the charger — a healthy cell should hold at least 16.4V.

The Robotrex H5 keeps cutting out halfway through a clean and then restarting itself a minute later — what is happening?

That cycle is a BMS overcurrent trip resetting itself. Sustained high motor draw — usually from a jammed brush roll or blocked suction path — exceeds the cell's current threshold and the protection circuit opens temporarily. Clear the brush roll of wrapped debris and check for any blockage in the suction channel. Once the load drops to normal, the trips will stop.

My replacement battery is developing noticeably less cleaning coverage per charge after only a few months — what causes that?

Leaving the Robotrex H5 docked permanently between cleans is the most common cause of early capacity fade in this cell. Continuous dock contact applies a trickle charge to an already-full Li-ion cell, which degrades capacity faster than regular charge-and-deplete cycling. Charge the battery to full, then physically remove the vacuum from the dock until the next clean. That single change extends usable cell life significantly.
