This is an 18V 2000mAh (36.0Wh) Li-ion battery for the Grundig VCP-3829L cordless handheld vacuum cleaner. It replaces OEM parts 9178063524 and BP18020E. When the original cell degrades and suction weakens, this swap restores the vacuum to working condition without replacing the whole unit.

When the nozzle is pressed hard against a carpet pile or held against a blockage, suction restriction spikes motor current beyond the BMS threshold and the pack disconnects momentarily to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and power returns. Clear the blockage, check that the filter is clean, and avoid sustained sealed-suction contact with the floor surface. If it still trips on an unblocked path, check cell resting voltage — a healthy 18V Li-ion pack should read at least 18.0V off the charger.
