Fits Haier JX37 Sweeper; replaces OEM battery MH1-4S1P-SC.
14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion delivers full motor torque on carpet and hard floors.
Connector slots vertically into motor head; locking tab engages on left side.
We bench-tested the 4S1P pack under sustained suction load; BMS held steady until filter blockage triggered motor current spike, then recovered cleanly on release.
Do not leave this battery docked continuously—trickle charging degrades capacity fast; charge to full and remove the pack until next use.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Haier JX37 Sweeper — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (MH1-4S1P-SC)

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Haier JX37 cordless stick vacuum. It uses OEM part number MH1-4S1P-SC and slots directly into the JX37 Sweeper battery compartment. Capacity is 2600mAh (37.44Wh), matching the original cell specification.

  • JX37 Sweeper platform fit: The JX37 runs a 4-cell series Li-ion pack at 14.4V nominal. The MH1-4S1P-SC configuration matches that cell count and the BMS handshake the JX37 motor controller expects on power-up. Swapping to a mismatched cell count trips a protection fault and the vacuum will not run.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack under a simulated floor-cleaning load, varying draw between low-pile and high-pile carpet resistance profiles. The BMS held cell balance across all four cells and cut off cleanly at the low-voltage threshold without nuisance trips.
  • Dock charging habit on the JX37: Do not leave the JX37 sitting on its charging dock between uses. Continuous trickle charging on a full pack accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the JX37

This happens when motor draw spikes — usually from a partially blocked filter or a restricted brush roll — and voltage sags across the pack before the indicator registers a low state. The BMS reads cell voltage under load, not at rest, so a worn or dirty filter forces the motor to pull harder than rated current, dragging cell voltage down fast. Clean the filter first and check the brush roll for hair wrap before assuming the battery is the problem. If suction recovers after cleaning, the pack is fine — if it drops again quickly on a clean machine, the cells have aged below useful capacity and replacement is the right call.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then restarts after a short pause

This is an overcurrent trip from the BMS, not a flat battery. It happens when sustained restricted airflow — a clogged filter or a blockage in the nozzle — forces the motor to draw current above the BMS protection threshold. The BMS shuts the output rail to protect the cells, then resets after a few seconds once the current demand drops. Clear any blockage, clean the filter, and restart. If the cutout happens on a clear machine with a clean filter, check that all four cells in the replacement pack are balancing correctly — a single weak cell will push the others to compensate and trip the same fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Haier JX37 suction feels weak even on a full charge — is the new battery the problem?

Probably not the battery. A partially blocked filter causes the motor to draw more current than rated, which drags pack voltage down under load and kills suction even when cells are full. Remove and clean the filter, clear the brush roll, then run the vacuum again. If suction is strong on a clean machine, the pack is working correctly.

The JX37 motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then comes back on — what's causing that?

That's the BMS tripping on overcurrent, not a dead battery. When airflow is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter — the motor pulls above the BMS protection threshold and the output rail shuts down temporarily. Clear the blockage and clean the filter before suspecting the pack. If it still trips on a fully clear machine, check that the charger brought the pack to 16.8V (full charge for a 4S Li-ion pack) before first use.

The replacement battery faded quickly — it used to clean two rooms, now it barely does one. Did I get a bad cell?

More likely dock-charging damage than a bad cell. Li-ion packs in cordless vacuums degrade faster when left on continuous trickle charge between every use. The fix going forward is to charge fully and remove the JX37 from the dock. If the pack is already showing fade after weeks of dock charging, run it down to near empty, charge fully to 16.8V, and repeat two full cycles — this won't recover lost capacity but confirms whether remaining capacity has stabilised or is still dropping.
