Fits Haier TP53, TT53, and TT53 Pro cordless vacuums; replaces OEM battery TAB-T710L.
14.8V, 5200mAh Li-ion delivers full motor torque on carpet and hard floors without sag.
Connector slides into the grip dock with a locking tab; seats flush when fully inserted.
We bench-tested this cell in a TP53 motor load rig; BMS showed clean voltage response at sustained draw.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous dock charging causes capacity fade faster than removing when full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Haier TP53 / TT53 Series — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (TAB-T710L)

This is a 14.8V, 5200mAh Li-ion battery for the Haier TP53, TT53, and TT53 Pro cordless stick vacuums. It replaces OEM part number TAB-T710L. Capacity is rated at 76.96Wh — identical to the original cell configuration these vacuums shipped with.

  • TP53 and TT53 platform fit: These models share the same 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture, battery bay dimensions, and BMS handshake protocol — one battery covers the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this battery through repeated motor-start cycles on the TP53. The BMS held stable under sustained suction load and tripped correctly when airflow was deliberately blocked — no false cutoffs under normal use.
  • Dock charging habit on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging degrades Li-ion cell capacity faster than regular charge-and-remove cycles. Charge to full, then pull it off the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

On the TP53 and TT53, suction loss often hits well before the battery LED shows a low warning. The motor draws harder when the filter is partially blocked, pulling more current than the BMS is rated to sustain at full throttle. Voltage sags under that elevated draw, and the motor slows — even though the cells still hold charge. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers, the battery was not the problem.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and recovering after a pause

This cutout-and-recover pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed battery. When restricted airflow forces the motor to sustain a high-current draw, the BMS shuts the output rail to protect the cells. A short pause resets the trip and power returns. Check the filter and brush roll for blockages first — if the cutouts stop after clearing them, the BMS is working as intended. If cutouts continue with a clean filter, measure resting voltage across the terminals; it should read 16.0–16.8V on a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Haier TT53 Pro loses suction halfway through a clean but the battery light still shows full — what's going on?

A full battery indicator does not rule out voltage sag. When the filter is even partially blocked, the motor pulls more current than the cells can deliver at rated voltage, and suction drops before the LED catches up. Pull the filter out and check the brush roll for hair wrap. If suction returns to normal after clearing the blockage, the battery is fine — the restricted draw was the cause.

The vacuum cuts out after a few seconds on high power, then works again after I wait — is that the battery failing?

That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained high-current draw — usually from a blocked filter or brush roll — causes the BMS to shut the output rail to protect the cells. When you pause, the trip resets and the motor restarts. Clear any blockage in the filter and brush roll. If the cutouts stop, the battery is not the issue. If they continue with everything clear, measure the pack voltage at the terminals — a healthy full charge reads 16.0–16.8V.

I charged this replacement battery overnight and it still runs noticeably shorter than the old one did when it was new — why?

Leaving any Li-ion vacuum battery on the dock for an extended first charge does not improve capacity — it can stress the top-of-charge cells. Haier's TP53 and TT53 chargers are not smart enough to switch to a true maintenance mode, so overnight charging keeps the cells at peak voltage longer than needed. Charge until the indicator shows full, then remove the vacuum from the dock immediately. Run two or three full discharge-and-recharge cycles before drawing conclusions about actual capacity.
