Fits Puppyoo V-M600 cordless vacuum; replaces OEM battery for this model.
14.4V and 1800mAh deliver full motor voltage under normal suction loads on this handheld vacuum.
Connector slides onto the dock contacts; tab seats flush with the battery slot housing.
Bench test showed stable voltage ramp on first charge cycle; Ni-MH BMS drew expected trickle current at full charge.
Remove this battery from the charging dock immediately after reaching full charge — continuous dock charging degrades Ni-MH capacity faster than charge-and-disconnect cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Puppyoo V-M600 — 14.4V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 1800mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Puppyoo V-M600 cordless vacuum cleaner. It fits directly in place of the original pack when the existing cells can no longer hold a useful charge. Voltage and capacity match the original specification to keep suction output at the level the motor was built around.

  • V-M600 fit: The V-M600 runs a 14.4V motor rail with a Ni-MH pack at this exact cell count and form factor. Dropping to a lower voltage pack or swapping chemistry without adjusting the BMS parameters causes the motor controller to under-drive the impeller, cutting suction before the battery is actually depleted.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated full discharge and recharge passes on the V-M600 motor load. The BMS held cutoff at the correct low-voltage threshold and did not trip early under simulated carpet restriction at sustained draw.
  • Dock charging habit on the V-M600: Ni-MH cells in cordless vacuums degrade faster under continuous trickle charge than from normal use cycles. Charge the V-M600 to full, then remove it from the dock. Only return it to charge when the battery is genuinely low.

Suction dropping off before the battery indicator shows low

Ni-MH cells under load show a steeper voltage sag than the indicator circuit expects when the pack has aged or when the filter is partially blocked. The motor controller reads voltage at rest between bursts, not under full draw — so the indicator stays green while actual delivered voltage to the impeller falls short. A clean filter reduces draw enough that the full cell voltage reaches the motor. If suction recovers after a filter clean, the battery is not the primary cause.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the filter is restricted or a blockage raises motor resistance, current draw spikes above the BMS cutoff threshold and the pack disconnects to protect the cells. The BMS resets after a short rest, which is why the vacuum works again a minute later. Clear the filter and check the suction path for partial blockages before replacing the battery. If the motor still trips on a clean filter, verify cell voltage under load is holding above 12V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Puppyoo V-M600 loses suction well before the battery light comes on — is the battery failing or is something else wrong?

A partially blocked filter is usually the first cause — it forces the motor to draw more current, which drops cell voltage under load even when the pack looks fine at rest. Clean the filter and check for blockages in the suction path first. If suction holds after that, the pack is not the problem. If the drop returns immediately on a clean filter, the cells are no longer holding voltage under draw and the pack needs replacing.

The V-M600 keeps cutting out mid-clean and coming back on after I wait a minute — why does this keep happening?

That recovery pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip resetting between pauses, not random failure. The BMS disconnects the pack when current spikes past its threshold — typically caused by a restricted filter or a partial blockage making the motor work harder. Clear the filter completely and run again. If trips continue on a fully clean filter, check that delivered voltage under load is staying above 12V — if it sags below that, the cells have degraded.

The replacement battery charges fully but seems to lose capacity faster than the original did when new — what causes that?

Ni-MH packs develop capacity fade significantly faster when left on a charging dock continuously between uses. Trickle charge keeps the cells at a slightly elevated state that accelerates degradation over dozens of cycles. Remove the V-M600 from the dock once the charge is complete and only return it when the battery is genuinely low. Following that pattern from the first charge on a new pack preserves capacity far longer than dock-and-forget use does.
