Fits RobZone Robee Plus robotic vacuum; replaces OEM battery CS-IRB410VX for motor and cleaning system power.
14.4V Ni-MH chemistry delivers 3000mAh capacity; restores full motor torque on carpet and hard floors.
Connector slides into dock receptacle with positive contact on right side; locking tab seats flush.
We bench-tested the pack on a Robee Plus motor load — BMS engaged at 1.2A sustained draw, no premature cutoff.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge; trickle-charge keeps Ni-MH cells warm and degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RobZone Robee Plus — 14.4V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V 3000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the RobZone Robee Plus robotic vacuum cleaner. It fits the Robee Plus directly and restores the motor and cleaning system to operating voltage. Capacity is rated at 3000mAh (43.2Wh) — matching the original specification.

  • Robee Plus compatibility: The Robee Plus runs its drive motors and brush roll from a single 14.4V Ni-MH pack. This cell matches that voltage rail and the physical pack dimensions (179 × 51 × 52mm), so the connector and bay fit without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through repeated charge and discharge runs on the Robee Plus platform. The BMS held cutoff correctly at low voltage and the vacuum's charging circuit accepted the pack without fault codes or interrupted charging.
  • Dock charging habit on the Robee Plus: Do not leave the Robee Plus sitting on the dock continuously between cleans. Ni-MH cells in robotic vacuums develop capacity fade faster under constant trickle charge than under normal charge-then-remove cycles. Charge to full, then lift it off the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

Ni-MH cells under load show voltage sag before the pack is genuinely depleted. On the Robee Plus, a partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated — this accelerates voltage sag and the vacuum loses suction early even though the indicator still reads mid-level. The fix is not the battery. Check and clean the filter first. A clear filter reduces motor draw and the voltage sag disappears at the same state of charge.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty battery. When suction is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or debris jam — the motor pulls sustained high current and the BMS cuts the circuit to protect the cell. The vacuum restarts once the BMS resets, usually within 30–60 seconds. Clear the blockage before restarting. If the cutout repeats on a clean machine, check that the pack voltage reads at least 14.4V fully charged before ruling out a cell fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Robee Plus is cutting out mid-clean and restarting itself — is the new battery defective?

That cutout is almost always a BMS overcurrent trip, not a cell fault. When the brush roll or filter is partially blocked, the motor pulls more current than the BMS allows and it shuts the circuit to protect the pack. Clear the brush roll and clean the filter, then restart. If the cutout stops, the battery is fine — the blockage was the cause.

The Robee Plus seems to lose suction well before the battery indicator shows low — what's going on?

A dirty or clogged filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes Ni-MH voltage to sag under load earlier than normal. The indicator reads mid-level but actual pack voltage has already dropped enough to reduce motor speed. Clean the filter thoroughly and run a full charge cycle. If suction holds longer after that, the filter was the root cause, not the cell capacity.

The Robee Plus has been sitting on the dock for weeks since I installed the new battery — will that damage it?

Yes, continuous dock charging is one of the fastest ways to degrade a Ni-MH pack. The charger maintains a trickle charge that slowly stresses the cells when the vacuum sits docked for days at a time. Charge the Robee Plus to full, then remove it from the dock until the next clean. That single habit will keep the replacement battery at rated capacity significantly longer than permanent docking.
