Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Билайн E300 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery
This is a 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-ion battery for the Билайн E300 smartphone. It replaces the original cell when the phone no longer holds charge through a normal day. Capacity is 4.07Wh — matched to the stock specification for this handset.
- E300 fit: The E300 uses a compact 54.05 × 34.10 × 5.40mm cell bay with a low-voltage 3.7V nominal rail. This battery matches those physical and electrical parameters — the connector seats correctly and the charge IC receives the voltage it expects.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench and confirmed the BMS communicates correctly with the phone's charge IC — no false-full trips, no premature cutoff at the low end of the discharge curve.
- First-cycle fuel gauge reset: After fitting this battery, disable fast charging and run one full discharge-to-charge cycle before normal use. The fuel gauge IC on the E300 is calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve — one full cycle lets it recalibrate against the new cell before reporting accurate percentages.
Why the E300 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap
The E300 uses a fuel gauge IC that tracks charge state by learning the cell's voltage-versus-capacity curve over time. When you swap in a new cell, that learned curve no longer matches the new cell's actual behaviour. The result is percentage readings that jump, plateau, or drop suddenly — not because the battery is faulty, but because the IC is still referencing old data. One complete discharge down to auto-shutdown followed by a full charge to 100% forces the IC to rebuild its reference map against the new cell.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell
This happens when the modem or screen pulls a short burst of high current and the cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold — even though the gauge still shows charge remaining. On a new cell that hasn't been calibrated, the fuel gauge IC can misjudge how much usable capacity sits below the 3.6V mark. Run the phone down to zero once without interruption, then charge fully to 100%. After that cycle, the cutoff should align closer to the 3.4–3.5V floor the BMS is actually set to.

Frequently Asked Questions
My E300 shuts off at around 25% but the battery looks new — what's causing that?
The fuel gauge IC on the E300 calculates remaining charge against a discharge curve it learned from the old cell. A new cell with a different internal resistance drops voltage faster under modem or screen load, hitting the BMS cutoff while the gauge still reads 25%. Run one full uninterrupted discharge to shutdown, then charge to 100% without interruption. After that single calibration cycle, the cutoff point should shift back down toward the correct 3.4–3.5V floor.
The phone doesn't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?
Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage, and if the cell voltage dropped below roughly 2.5V the BMS enters a lockout state to prevent damage — the phone won't power on because the BMS is blocking current flow, not because the cell is failed. Plug into a wall charger (not a PC USB port) and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. Most BMS circuits on cells like this one will accept a trickle from the charge IC and exit lockout once the cell climbs back above 3.0V.
Fast charging stopped working the first time I charged the replacement battery — is the charger broken?
The charge IC on the E300 negotiates charge rate with the battery's BMS on the first connection. With a new, uncalibrated cell the BMS sometimes defaults to standard charging on that first cycle as a precaution. The charger is not broken. Complete one full standard charge to 100%, disconnect, then reconnect — the BMS handshake on the second cycle typically accepts the higher current rate. If fast charge still doesn't engage after two cycles, check that the USB cable is the same one that worked with the original battery, as cable resistance affects the negotiation result.
