This happens when the motor draws more current than the rated load — usually because the filter is partially blocked. Clean or replace the filter first, then test again — a clear filter drops motor draw back to normal and the voltage sag disappears.

The pack resets itself within seconds once the load drops — which is why the vacuum restarts after a brief pause. Clear any blockage, clean the filter, and confirm the motor runs continuously. If trips still occur with a clean filter, check cell voltage under load — it should hold above 30V during normal operation.
