Bea-fon S200 / S210 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (523455 1S1P)

This 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original cell in the Bea-fon S200 and S210 mobile phones. It fits the standard battery bay on both models and connects via the same three-contact interface as the factory unit. • S200 and S210 compatibility: Both handsets share the same battery bay geometry, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — a single cell covers either model without modification.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Bea-fon S200 after a cell swap

The S200's fuel gauge IC retains the discharge curve from the old cell after replacement. When the new cell hits its actual voltage cliff — typically around 3.5–3.6V under screen or call load — the phone shuts down even though the OS still shows 20–30% remaining. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full discharge to near-zero and a full charge without interruption, and the coulomb counter will reset against the real cell capacity.

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage. If the cell voltage has dropped below 2.5V, the BMS will engage a lockout and block normal charging to prevent damage to a deeply discharged cell. The S200 will show no charge indicator and will not boot. Connect the phone to a low-current USB source — a laptop port works — and leave it for 20–30 minutes before attempting to power on. Once the cell recovers above 3.0V, the BMS releases and normal charging resumes.
