Fits Bea-fon S200 and S210 smartphones, replacing OEM battery part 523455 1S1P.
Supplies 3.7V at 1100mAh; this capacity powers the processor and display through a full charge cycle.
Uses a standard smartphone Li-ion connector; seats flat against the battery slot with no locking tab.
We bench-tested this cell in the S200; the BMS accepted the pack on first insertion without fault codes.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one full discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bea-fon S200 / S210 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (523455 1S1P)

This 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original cell in the Bea-fon S200 and S210 mobile phones. It fits the standard battery bay on both models and connects via the same three-contact interface as the factory unit. Dimensions are 60.10 × 38.50 × 5.60mm — measure your existing cell before ordering if you are unsure.

  • S200 and S210 compatibility: Both handsets share the same battery bay geometry, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — a single cell covers either model without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the S200 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and the charge IC reached full termination voltage without thermal cutoff.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This allows the fuel gauge IC to map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes load into an uncalibrated state.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Bea-fon S200 after a cell swap

The S200's fuel gauge IC retains the discharge curve from the old cell after replacement. When the new cell hits its actual voltage cliff — typically around 3.5–3.6V under screen or call load — the phone shuts down even though the OS still shows 20–30% remaining. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full discharge to near-zero and a full charge without interruption, and the coulomb counter will reset against the real cell capacity.

Phone not powering on after the replacement cell sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage. If the cell voltage has dropped below 2.5V, the BMS will engage a lockout and block normal charging to prevent damage to a deeply discharged cell. The S200 will show no charge indicator and will not boot. Connect the phone to a low-current USB source — a laptop port works — and leave it for 20–30 minutes before attempting to power on. Once the cell recovers above 3.0V, the BMS releases and normal charging resumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Bea-fon S200 keeps shutting off at around 25% battery — is something wrong with the replacement cell?

This is a fuel gauge IC calibration issue, not a defective cell. The phone's coulomb counter is still using the discharge curve from the old battery, so the percentage reading loses accuracy as the new cell approaches its actual voltage floor. Run one uninterrupted full discharge — let the phone shut itself off — then charge to 100% without pausing. After that single cycle, the gauge will track the new cell correctly.

The OS is showing the battery percentage jumping around erratically after I fitted the new cell — what's causing that?

Erratic percentage readings on the S200 happen when the fuel gauge IC has not yet built a reference curve for the replacement cell. It is interpolating charge state against a model that no longer matches the physical cell inside the phone. One complete discharge-to-shutdown followed by a full, uninterrupted charge gives the IC enough data to stabilise the reading. Do not top up or pause charging partway through that first cycle.

The phone feels warm near the battery compartment while charging — should I be concerned?

Mild warmth during the first few charge cycles on a new cell is expected. A fresh Li-ion cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in one, so the charge IC dissipates a little more energy as heat while the cell accepts current. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the charging indicator cuts out early, stop charging and check that the battery contacts are fully seated and clean. Normal warmth should reduce after two or three full cycles as cell impedance settles.
