This 11.1V Li-ion battery replaces part number CMLI1X3I001A in the COMEN Synhas portable patient monitor. It delivers 2600mAh (28.86Wh) of capacity to restore internal power to the unit. The Synhas is a portable vital signs monitor used in clinical and emergency settings where continuous operation is critical.

• Synhas platform fit: The Synhas uses a three-cell Li-ion pack at 11.1V nominal to maintain the display, sensor processing, and alarm circuits simultaneously. The BMS on this device negotiates with the battery pack at startup, so voltage, cell count, and connector pinout must all match the OEM specification exactly.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the CMLI1X3I001A replacement through full charge-discharge cycles on the bench. The BMS accepted the pack, completed its verification handshake, and charge current tapered correctly at the end of each cycle without triggering a battery fault.

The Synhas runs a multi-stage startup routine that includes a BMS handshake with the installed battery pack. This is not a hardware fault — it is the device refusing to proceed until the battery passes its internal threshold check. Charge indicator not reaching 100% on the first charge cycle

On the first charge after installation, the Synhas charge IC applies a conservative current limit to a new cell until it has a baseline capacity reading. This causes the charge indicator to plateau at 95–99% and sit there longer than expected — the monitor is still charging, just at a reduced rate. Leaving the unit on charge until the indicator clears to 100% completes the initial calibration pass. After one full charge-discharge cycle, subsequent charges return to normal speed and the indicator moves predictably.
