Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Eufy Homevac H30 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (T2522)
This is a 14.4V Li-ion replacement battery for the Eufy Homevac H30 cordless handheld vacuum. It carries 2250mAh (32.4Wh) capacity and fits directly in place of OEM part T2522 and T2522111-80. When the original cell degrades and the vacuum cuts short mid-clean, this replaces it.
- Homevac H30 fit: The H30 uses a 14.4V cell with a specific BMS handshake that controls motor start current and low-voltage cutoff. This battery matches the connector, voltage rail, and BMS communication the H30 expects — if any of those are off, the vacuum will not power on or will cut out immediately under load.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through motor start cycles on the H30 and confirmed the BMS held the correct cutoff threshold without tripping on startup surge. Voltage held stable through sustained suction on both bare floor and carpet attachments.
- Dock charging on the H30: Do not leave the H30 sitting on the dock after it reaches full charge. Cordless vacuums kept on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when depleted. Charge fully, then remove it from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low
The H30's motor draws harder when the filter is partially blocked — airflow restriction forces the motor to compensate, and that extra current load causes voltage sag in the cell before the indicator registers a low-battery state. The result is noticeably weaker suction while the lights still suggest plenty of charge. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers with a clean filter, the battery was not the cause. If suction remains weak with a clean filter and a charged cell, check that the cell is holding above 12.8V under load.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum's airpath is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or debris caught in the head — the motor strains against the restriction and briefly spikes current beyond the BMS threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cell, then resets. Clear the blockage, check the filter, and try again. If the cut-outs continue with a clean, unobstructed vacuum, the cell may be aged and sagging below the BMS's minimum voltage window under load.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Eufy H30 has strong suction for the first minute or two, then it noticeably weakens even though the battery light still shows full — what's happening?
This is voltage sag under sustained motor load, not an immediate indicator fault. When the H30 filter is even partially blocked, the motor draws more current than rated and the cell voltage drops under that load before the indicator registers it. Clean the filter first — if suction returns to full strength, that was the cause. If the filter is clean and suction still fades early, the cell's internal resistance has climbed and it can no longer hold voltage steady under draw; that's the point to replace the battery.
The H30 cuts out completely for a few seconds, then comes back on — this happens repeatedly on one cleaning run. Is this the battery or something else?
That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip resetting itself, and it usually starts with restricted airflow rather than a failing cell. When the nozzle or filter is partially blocked, motor current spikes past the BMS protection threshold, the BMS shuts off to protect the cell, then resets after a few seconds. Clear any blockage, remove and clean the filter, and test again. If cut-outs stop, the battery was fine; if they continue on a clear, unobstructed vacuum with a fully charged cell, the cell is sagging under load and needs replacing.
I leave my Eufy H30 on the dock between uses — now the battery runs out much faster than it used to. Did the dock damage the battery?
Yes — continuous dock charging is the most common cause of premature capacity fade in cordless stick vacuums. When the H30 sits on the dock after reaching full charge, the charger continues to push a trickle current through the cell, and Li-ion cells degrade faster when held at peak charge voltage for extended periods. The capacity loss is permanent in the existing cell, so a replacement is needed at this point. With the new battery, charge it fully and remove it from the dock — only return it to the dock when it needs charging again.
