Fits Feelworld on-camera monitor displays; replaces OEM CS-F550 battery pack.
7.4V 2000mAh cell powers video monitoring sessions without interruption or external power draws.
Sony-style connector seats flush with keyed orientation; locking tab prevents accidental ejection during shooting.
We bench-tested the BMS under sustained 5A monitor load; voltage regulation held steady, no early cutoff.
On first install in the Feelworld monitor, charge fully via the monitor's power input before field use — the display's fuel-gauge circuit maps discharge curves during that initial charge cycle.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Feelworld Monitor — 7.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 7.4V 2000mAh (14.8Wh) Li-ion cell is a direct replacement for the Feelworld on-camera monitor battery. It fits Feelworld monitor units used in professional video production. The same form factor — 70.80 x 38.50 x 21.00mm — slots into the monitor's battery bay without modification.

  • Feelworld monitor compatibility: Feelworld on-camera monitors run a 7.4V rail and draw current continuously through the display panel, image processing, and HDMI input circuitry. This cell meets that voltage requirement and the BMS holds output stable under the sustained draw that a live video feed demands.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on monitor hardware. The BMS maintained a consistent output voltage through the mid-range of discharge, with the expected protection cutoff engaging before the cell reached damaging low voltage.
  • First-install charge cycle on monitor: Insert the battery and run a full charge via the monitor's OEM charger before your first shoot. Some Feelworld BMS configurations read the cell's charge history on the first cycle — skipping this step can cause the battery indicator to misread remaining capacity for the first few sessions.

Why Feelworld monitors show a dead battery icon on a partially charged replacement cell

Feelworld monitors map their battery indicator to specific voltage thresholds calibrated to the discharge curve of the original cell. A new replacement cell may have a slightly different resting voltage profile out of the box, causing the monitor to read it as critically low even at 50–60% charge. This is a voltage-threshold mismatch, not a fault with the cell. One full charge-discharge cycle through the monitor resets the indicator mapping and restores accurate readout.

Battery percentage jumping erratically mid-shoot

If the battery percentage display jumps — say from 60% to 20% and back — the monitor's fuel gauge is losing track of the cell's state of charge. This happens when the BMS hasn't completed a full calibration cycle with the new cell's discharge curve. It is not a faulty cell. Charge the battery to 100% in the OEM charger, run it down until the monitor shuts off, then charge back to 100% — one full cycle brings the voltage-threshold mapping into alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Feelworld monitor shows "no battery" or won't power on with the new cell installed — what's happening?

The monitor's BMS authentication check didn't register the cell on first install. Remove the battery, reinsert it firmly, then place it on the OEM charger for a full charge before powering the monitor on. That single charge cycle from the OEM charger is usually enough for the monitor to recognise the cell. If the monitor still won't power on, check that the battery contacts are clean and making full contact — oxidised pins cause the same symptom.

The battery drains noticeably faster during continuous HDMI input monitoring than during standby — is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong — this is expected draw behaviour. Continuous HDMI signal processing, full-brightness panel output, and active waveform or histogram overlays each add to the current draw well beyond standby figures. The 2000mAh capacity is rated under standard discharge conditions, not peak display load. Reduce panel brightness to around 70% when shooting in controlled lighting — that single adjustment cuts display draw significantly and extends usable capacity per charge.

The replacement cell worked fine for the first few sessions, but now the monitor cuts off earlier than it used to — what causes that?

Early cutoff after a few cycles usually means the cell hasn't been fully cycled down before recharging. Shallow cycling — topping up from 40% repeatedly — compresses the usable voltage window the BMS tracks. Run the battery down until the monitor shuts itself off from low-voltage protection, then charge fully to 100%. Do this once and the BMS recalibrates its cutoff threshold to the full 7.4V discharge range of the cell.
