Fits Fey Elektronik PA-UL-LNB46 devices replacing the original 3.7V lithium-ion pack.
This 3.7V 5200mAh cell restores full capacity to the PA-UL-LNB46 after original battery depletion or age-related fade.
Connector orientation and locking tab match OEM spec — slides into the original battery slot without modification.
We ran charge-discharge cycles on this pack; the BMS accepted input voltage without fault codes and held 3.7V under load.
On first installation, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on the device's fuel gauge — the pack's charge counter needs calibration against new cells after any swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Fey Elektronik PA-UL-LNB46 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V Li-ion battery pack rated at 5200mAh (19.24Wh), built to replace the original unit in the Fey Elektronik PA-UL-LNB46. It matches the OEM voltage and form factor. If your original pack has stopped holding charge or the device no longer powers on, this is the direct replacement.

  • PA-UL-LNB46 fit: This pack matches the voltage rail and physical dimensions of the PA-UL-LNB46 battery bay. The 65.90 × 39.80 × 18.80mm footprint seats without modification, and the 3.7V nominal output stays within the device's accepted input range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on a matched load. The integrated BMS held voltage above cutoff throughout the draw cycle and triggered protection correctly at the low-voltage threshold — no passive drop-off.
  • First-cycle calibration: If your device uses a fuel gauge or capacity indicator, run one full charge-discharge cycle immediately after install. New cells ship at storage voltage — the gauge reads inaccurately until it calibrates against a full cycle on fresh cells.

Pack running at lower voltage than rated on first install

Li-ion packs ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.85V — not at full charge. On first insert, the device may display low battery or behave sluggishly because the resting voltage reads below the operating threshold. This is not a fault with the pack. Charge it fully before drawing any load, and the voltage will rise to the 3.7V nominal operating point.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

Some charge controllers limit current when they detect new or cold cells — the charge cycle appears to terminate early. The pack is not defective. The charge IC steps down input current on the first pass as a conditioning measure. By the second full cycle, the controller recognises the cell capacity correctly and charges to the full 5200mAh ceiling.

Frequently Asked Questions

My PA-UL-LNB46 isn't recognising the new battery pack — the device just shows an error or won't start. What's wrong?

The device is likely running a voltage range check on startup, and the new pack is still at storage voltage rather than operating voltage. Charge the pack fully via the OEM charger before inserting it, then power-cycle the device. If the error clears after a full charge, storage voltage was the trigger — not a compatibility fault.

The battery feels warm during the first charge. Is that a problem?

Warmth during the first charge cycle is normal for fresh Li-ion cells conditioning against the charge controller. The BMS limits current and monitors cell temperature throughout — if the pack were genuinely overheating, it would trip the thermal cutoff and stop charging entirely. If the pack is hot to the touch rather than warm, disconnect immediately; otherwise, let the first cycle complete uninterrupted.

The capacity indicator on the device is showing incorrect or erratic readings after swapping in the new battery. How do I fix it?

The fuel gauge calibrates its reference points against actual charge and discharge curves — after a battery swap, it has no baseline for the new cells. Run one complete charge cycle from empty to full without interrupting it. After that single calibration cycle, the gauge maps its readings against the real cell behaviour and the display stabilises.
