Grundig G8267 Series — 1.2V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 1.2V 2000mAh Ni-MH cell for the Grundig G8267, G8265, G8264, and G8261 electric shavers, plus eight additional models in the same series. It slots into the shaver housing and connects directly to the motor drive circuit. When the original cell degrades, this replacement restores normal motor voltage and shaving performance.

• G8261–G8267 series compatibility: These models share the same 1.2V single-cell NiMH power path, housing dimensions, and contact orientation. The motor controller expects a nominal 1.2V supply, so swapping a degraded cell with a fresh 2000mAh unit brings motor torque back to spec without any circuitry changes.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the shaver's own charging circuit and confirmed the BMS accepted the cell, charged to full capacity, and terminated cleanly without false cutoff.

The shaver's indicator reads resting cell voltage between motor pulses, not voltage under the full draw of the cutting head. Fitting a fresh 2000mAh cell eliminates the sag — if the drop returns within weeks, check that the charging contacts on the dock are clean and making firm contact.
