This 3.8V, 3800mAh (14.44Wh) lithium-polymer battery replaces the original pack in the JexStream RG1100 mobile hotspot. It uses OEM part number 941-925552-011 and fits directly into the RG1100 chassis. The RG1100 is a portable Wi-Fi hotspot that shares mobile data across multiple connected devices.
- RG1100 platform fit: The RG1100 runs a combined cellular modem and Wi-Fi radio stack off a single 3.8V cell. Both the connector pinout and BMS handshake protocol match this pack — no adapter or firmware workaround needed.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack under simultaneous modem and Wi-Fi load. The BMS held the 3.8V rail stable across the full discharge curve and triggered low-voltage cutoff cleanly without false trips.
- Ventilation during extended sessions: Keep the RG1100 in an open, ventilated spot when running for long periods. The cellular radio ramps to maximum transmit power when connected devices are far away or signal is weak — that extra draw generates heat the battery absorbs directly.
