Fits Mevo A7310 camera; replaces OEM battery for this compact imaging device.
3.7V, 950mAh lithium-ion cell delivers sustained power for photo capture and video recording.
Battery seats flush into the A7310 chamber with standard connector orientation and positive contact alignment.
We ran full discharge cycles on bench; BMS accepted charge from camera body on first insert with stable voltage curve throughout discharge.
On first use, complete one full charge cycle in the camera body before extended shooting — the A7310 BMS requires an internal charge cycle to map battery-remaining display accurately to this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Mevo A7310 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 950mAh (3.52Wh) lithium-ion battery for the Mevo A7310 compact camera. It slots into the A7310 body and powers the imaging system, including recording and photo capture. When the original cell degrades and shot count drops noticeably, this cell restores capacity to spec.

  • A7310 fit: The A7310 uses a compact single-cell Li-ion pack at 3.7V nominal. This replacement matches that voltage rail and physical footprint, so the battery door closes and the BMS communication pins align correctly.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on camera-class test equipment. The BMS held the charge termination voltage correctly and protection circuitry tripped at expected low-voltage cutoff without locking the pack.
  • First-install charge cycle on the A7310: Run the new cell through one complete charge inside the A7310 body or an OEM-compatible charger before shooting. Some compact camera BMS systems only map the battery-remaining display accurately after reading a full charge curve from a new cell on first install.

Why the A7310 displays a dead-battery icon on a partially charged new cell

The A7310 BMS maps battery percentage against a stored voltage-threshold table built around the original cell's discharge curve. A new cell fresh from storage often sits at a mid-state voltage that falls outside what the camera expects at that charge level. The camera reads this as critically low and locks out operation. Charging the cell fully inside the camera body once resets this mapping and the indicator reads correctly from that point on.

Battery percentage jumping erratically during a shoot

This happens when the camera's voltage-to-percentage lookup table doesn't match the discharge curve of the replacement cell. As the cell voltage drops under load — during continuous recording or rapid shot bursts — the camera samples voltage at moments of sag and maps it to the wrong percentage step. The result is the indicator skipping several points down, then recovering when load drops. After one full discharge and recharge cycle in the A7310 body, the BMS recalibrates and the percentage readout stabilises — confirm by letting the cell drop to the low-battery cutoff at approximately 3.0V before recharging.

Frequently Asked Questions

My A7310 shows "no battery" or won't power on after I installed the new cell — what's wrong?

The A7310 BMS runs an authentication check on first contact with a new cell and occasionally rejects it if the initial voltage reads outside its expected window. Remove the battery, wait 10 seconds, and reinsert it firmly so all contact pins seat fully. If the camera still won't power on, place the cell in an OEM-compatible charger until it reaches 4.2V, then reinstall — one full external charge is usually enough to get the camera to accept it.

My shot count is far lower than expected — the battery drains after fewer photos than the original managed.

Shot count ratings are calculated under controlled conditions that don't reflect continuous autofocus, image stabilisation, or LCD-on shooting. All three pull sustained current that accelerates drain well beyond the spec figure. On the A7310, keeping the LCD off between shots and switching to single-shot AF instead of continuous tracking will meaningfully extend the number of frames per charge cycle.

The A7310 body gets noticeably warm during video recording and the battery depletes faster than during photo shooting — is this normal?

Yes. Video mode runs the sensor, image processor, and any stabilisation circuit simultaneously and continuously, which draws significantly more current than burst photo capture. The heat you feel is the camera body dissipating that combined load — it is not a fault in the battery. If the body becomes hot enough to trigger a thermal warning, pause recording for two to three minutes to let the processor cool before continuing.
