Fits Moneual MBOT 950, MBOT 500, MBOT 900, and MBOT 900i robotic vacuum cleaners as direct OEM replacement.
14.4V and 3400mAh capacity deliver full motor torque on carpet and hard floor surfaces without mid-cycle voltage sag.
Connector slides straight into the dock cradle; locking tab seats flush with no force required or orientation confusion.
We bench-tested the pack on a MBOT 950 unit — BMS accepted charge immediately, no fault light or hesitation cycles.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently; cordless vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when depleted.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Moneual MBOT 950 / MBOT 900 Series — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.4V 3400mAh Li-ion battery fits the Moneual MBOT 950, MBOT 900, MBOT 900i, and MBOT 500 robotic vacuum cleaners. It replaces the original pack when capacity fade cuts cleaning cycles short. Dimensions are 132.38 × 36.78 × 21.10mm — check these against your existing pack before ordering.

  • MBOT 500, 900, 900i, and 950 compatibility: These four models share the same 14.4V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. A single cell format covers all four platforms without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full charge and discharge sequences on the MBOT platform. The BMS handled motor-start inrush current without tripping and maintained stable voltage delivery through the cleaning cycle.
  • Dock charging discipline: Do not leave the robot parked on the charging dock continuously. Robotic vacuums on permanent dock contact trickle-charge the Li-ion cells even when full, accelerating capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock between uses.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than rated — usually because airflow is restricted by a clogged filter or partially blocked brush roll. The increased load causes voltage to sag at the pack terminals before the battery's state-of-charge actually reaches the low threshold. The robot interprets this voltage sag as low battery and reduces motor speed. Clear the filter and brush roll first — if suction recovers, the battery is not the cause.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle, then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is sustained against a blockage or dense carpet, current draw spikes past the BMS protection threshold and the pack disconnects. After a brief pause, the BMS resets and power returns. Check the filter — a partially blocked filter forces the motor to sustain high draw continuously. If the cutout disappears after cleaning the filter, the pack itself is functioning correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Moneual MBOT 950 replaced its battery but now won't charge — the indicator just flashes and stops. What's wrong?

The MBOT's charger expects a specific voltage handshake from the BMS before it begins a full charge cycle. If the replacement pack shipped in a deeply discharged state, the cell voltage may be too low for the charger to recognise it as a valid pack. Connect the robot to the dock and leave it for 30–40 minutes without interruption — some chargers will trickle at low voltage before switching to full charge. If the indicator still faults, measure the pack terminals with a multimeter; anything below 10V on a 14.4V Li-ion pack indicates a recovery charge is needed before the standard charger will engage.

The MBOT 900i runs for a short time and stops, but the battery shows as charged. Why?

A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor pulls more current than rated to maintain suction, draining the pack far faster than the battery indicator anticipates. The indicator is based on time or voltage curves calibrated for normal draw — not elevated draw from a restricted motor. Remove and clean the filter thoroughly, then retest; if runtime extends noticeably, the battery capacity is not the issue.

The new battery in my MBOT 500 seems to hold less charge each week even though I dock it every night. Is the cell failing?

Continuous dock charging is the likely cause. Li-ion cells in robotic vacuums degrade faster when kept at 100% charge continuously through trickle contact on the dock. This is not a cell defect — it is how Li-ion chemistry responds to sustained full-charge storage. Remove the robot from the dock once charging is complete and only return it to dock when the battery is depleted. This alone can significantly slow capacity fade over the first six months of use.
