Fits Moneual P11 robotic vacuum cleaner; replaces OEM part number INR18650-4S1P.
14.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion pack delivers 37.44Wh; restores full motor torque on carpets and hard floors.
Four-cell series configuration uses standard cylindrical connector; seats into dock slot with positive terminal forward.
We bench-tested the BMS under sustained suction load; charger handshake locked cleanly on first insertion without fault cycling.
Remove the battery from the dock immediately after charge reaches full—continuous trickle charging degrades this 18650-based pack faster than periodic recharge cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Moneual P11 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Moneual P11 robotic vacuum cleaner. It replaces OEM part INR18650-4S1P and fits the P11 directly. The 4S1P cell configuration matches the original pack's voltage rail and connector.

  • P11 platform fit: The Moneual P11 runs a 4-series cell arrangement to hold the 14.4V nominal rail the drive motors and suction fan require. Swapping to a mismatched voltage causes the BMS to reject charge or the vacuum to cut out immediately on startup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the P11 platform. The BMS handshake completed correctly, the vacuum's charge indicator responded normally, and the overcurrent protection tripped at expected thresholds during sustained high-draw suction testing.
  • Dock charging habit on the P11: Do not leave the P11 sitting on the charging dock continuously between uses. Constant trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion packs at this cell count. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next cleaning session.

Suction dropping before the P11 battery indicator shows low

The P11's suction fan motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted. That elevated draw causes the cell voltage to sag under load even when the pack still holds a nominal charge. The BMS reads the sag as a low-voltage event and reduces power output to protect the cells. Clean the filter and check for brush roll blockages first — if suction recovers fully after that, the battery is not the problem.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the P11 sustains restricted airflow — a clogged filter, tangled brush roll, or blocked intake — the motor pulls above the BMS overcurrent threshold and the pack shuts output. After a short thermal or timer reset, the BMS re-enables and the vacuum starts again. The fix is to clear the restriction: remove the filter, tap it clean, and inspect the brush roll. If the cutout stops after that, the pack is functioning correctly and the overcurrent threshold is set to around 5–6A on this cell configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Moneual P11 runs for a noticeably shorter time than it used to — could the new replacement battery be at fault, or is something else causing this?

A partially blocked filter is the most common cause of short runtime on the P11 — it forces the motor to draw more than rated current, which drains the pack faster regardless of battery condition. Remove and clean the filter before assuming the battery is underperforming. We measured normal capacity on this pack at the bench; a clean filter and clear brush roll are required for the motor to draw at its rated load. If runtime is still short after cleaning, check that the pack voltage reads at least 16.0V on a multimeter immediately after a full charge cycle.

The P11 has been sitting on the dock every day for months and now the battery dies much sooner than it did when new — is that normal?

Yes — continuous dock charging is the primary cause of capacity fade in Li-ion packs at this voltage. The charger delivers a maintenance trickle current indefinitely, and repeated micro-cycles at high state-of-charge degrade the cells faster than regular full charge-and-discharge use. This replacement pack will have the same problem if left on the dock continuously. Charge it to full, remove the P11 from the dock, and only return it to charge when the battery indicator shows low.

The P11 won't charge at all with the new battery installed — the indicator shows nothing when I put it on the dock.

The most likely cause is the charger failing to complete a BMS handshake with a deeply discharged or newly installed pack. Leave the P11 on the dock for at least 20 minutes without interruption — some chargers require a trickle pre-charge phase before the indicator activates. If there is still no response, check that the dock contacts and the battery terminals are clean and making firm contact. If the pack voltage reads below 10V on a multimeter, the cells may need a short pre-charge boost before the main charge circuit engages.
