Fits Neabot NOMO N2 and RS0060B models; replaces OEM part CMICR18650F8M7-4S2P battery pack.
14.4V at 5200mAh delivers 74.88Wh for sustained suction during full-floor cleaning cycles on cordless stick vacuums.
Connector slides vertically into dock with single locking tab; orientation keyed to prevent reverse insertion.
Bench testing showed clean BMS handshake on first insertion; cell voltage settled within 30 seconds at rest.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock continuously — cordless units develop capacity fade faster under permanent trickle charge; charge to full and remove.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Neabot NOMO N2 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CMICR18650F8M7-4S2P)

This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Neabot NOMO N2 and RS0060B robotic vacuum cleaner. It replaces the original OEM pack when capacity fade reduces suction performance or the unit no longer holds a charge. Voltage and cell count match the original spec exactly.

  • NOMO N2 and RS0060B compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V power rail and use the same BMS handshake protocol. A single cell configuration — 4S2P using 18650 cells — covers both units without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a NOMO N2 unit. The BMS responded correctly to charge termination, over-discharge cutoff triggered at the correct low-cell threshold, and the vacuum's suction motor drew steady current across multiple cleaning passes.
  • Dock charging habit on the NOMO N2: Do not leave the NOMO N2 sitting on its dock between every session. Continuous trickle charging at full state-of-charge accelerates lithium cell degradation faster than periodic charge-to-full cycles. Charge when depleted, then remove the unit from the dock once full.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before battery indicator reaches low

This is a voltage sag issue, not a capacity issue. A partially clogged filter forces the suction motor to draw more current than rated, which drops the cell voltage faster than normal and triggers the BMS to reduce output before the indicator registers low. The vacuum appears to be out of charge when the battery still holds significant capacity. Clear the filter first — if suction recovers and the battery lasts longer, the filter was the root cause, not the cell.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle and restarts after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failing battery. When airflow is restricted — blocked filter, tangled brush roll, or a blocked intake — the motor draws a sustained current spike above the BMS protection threshold. The BMS interrupts the circuit and resets after a short recovery window. Check the filter and brush roll before assuming the battery is faulty. If the fault disappears after clearing the blockage, the cell pack is fine.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Neabot NOMO N2 suction drops significantly before the battery light shows low — is the new battery already failing?

Most likely not the battery. A restricted filter forces the suction motor to pull more current than rated, which causes cell voltage to sag early and tricks the BMS into reducing output before the indicator catches up. Clean the filter thoroughly, then run a full cycle. If suction holds longer and the indicator tracks normally, the cell pack is working correctly.

The NOMO N2 motor cuts out for a few seconds mid-clean, then comes back on — what is causing this?

That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip. The motor spikes current above the protection threshold when airflow is blocked — typically a clogged filter or tangled brush roll — and the BMS cuts the circuit temporarily to protect the cells. It resets automatically after a short pause. Clear the filter and brush roll, then run the unit again. If the cut-outs stop, the battery is not the fault.

I left the NOMO N2 on its dock continuously and the new battery already seems weaker — did something go wrong during charging?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in robotic vacuums. When the pack sits at full charge on the dock, it receives a low-level trickle charge that stresses lithium cells over time. The damage accumulates gradually, so it is not obvious until runtime shortens noticeably. From now on, charge the unit only when depleted and remove it from the dock once the charge completes — do not leave it docked indefinitely.
