Fits Overmax Aspiri Robo vacuum cleaners; replaces OEM INR18650-4S1P battery pack.
14.4V, 2600mAh configuration delivers consistent motor voltage for floor cleaning cycles.
Connector seats straight into the battery compartment with a positive-lead-forward orientation.
We bench-tested this 4S1P cell; BMS accepted full charge in 90 minutes.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous trickle charge degrades capacity significantly faster than removing it when full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Overmax Aspiri Robo — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery pack for the Overmax Aspiri Robo robotic vacuum cleaner. It uses a 4S1P cell configuration — four 18650 cells wired in series — to match the voltage rail the Aspiri Robo's motor and navigation systems require. Slot it in when the original pack no longer carries the unit through a full cleaning cycle.

  • Aspiri Robo voltage match: The Aspiri Robo's drive motor, suction motor, and onboard navigation all run from the same 14.4V bus. A 4S1P pack delivers that voltage with a full-charge ceiling of approximately 16.8V and a BMS cutoff near 12V, which is exactly what the factory electronics expect.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated charge and discharge passes on the Aspiri Robo platform. The BMS handled motor-start inrush without tripping and maintained stable voltage output across both suction and drive loads simultaneously.
  • Dock charging on the Aspiri Robo: Do not leave the Aspiri Robo sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle current through a Li-ion pack accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the suction motor is working against a partial blockage or a clogged filter. Restricted airflow forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which pulls the pack voltage down faster than the indicator circuit expects. The result looks like a weak battery, but the actual cause is elevated motor load. Clear the filter and check the dustbin inlet before assuming the pack is at fault.

Motor cutting out mid-run then recovering after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead cell. When the suction path is restricted — blocked brush roll, full dustbin, or a saturated filter — the motor draws a sustained current spike the BMS interprets as a fault condition. It disconnects the output, the unit pauses, the BMS resets, and the motor restarts. Clean the filter and brush roll completely, then confirm the pack rests at 16.4V or above after a full charge before running again.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Aspiri Robo loses suction halfway through a clean even though the battery indicator still shows green — what's happening?

A green indicator does not mean the pack is delivering full voltage under load. If the filter is partially blocked, the suction motor draws more current than rated and pulls the pack voltage down early, which reduces suction before the indicator catches up. Clean the filter and check the brush roll for hair wrap, then run a cycle — if suction holds, the filter was the cause. If it still drops, charge the pack to full (16.8V) and retest.

The Aspiri Robo cuts out for a few seconds and then starts again on its own — is this a faulty battery?

That behaviour is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a cell failure. When airflow is restricted, the motor sustains a current draw above the BMS threshold, the pack disconnects, then resets once the current spike clears. Check the dustbin, clean the filter thoroughly, and clear any debris from the brush roll inlet. If the cut-outs stop after clearing the restriction, the pack is fine.

I charged the replacement battery fully but the Aspiri Robo covers noticeably less floor area than it used to — why?

A new pack rated at 2600mAh should restore original floor coverage. If coverage is still short, the most likely cause is a partially blocked filter making the motor work harder and drain the pack faster than the original cycle was rated for. Remove, clean, and dry the filter completely, then run a full charge-to-depletion cycle. If coverage improves after that, the filter was the problem — not the pack capacity.
