This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Zeegma Zonder Robo robotic vacuum cleaner. It replaces the original INR18650-4S1P pack that powers the vacuum's motor and navigation electronics. Fit the replacement when the original no longer holds enough charge to complete a cleaning cycle.

• Zonder Robo platform: The Zonder Robo runs its drive motors, suction motor, and sensor array from a single 14.4V rail. This pack matches that rail voltage and uses the same 4S1P 18650 cell configuration as the original, so the BMS handshake with the charger completes correctly.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge under motor load, then monitored the BMS during charge. The protection circuit tripped at the correct overcurrent threshold and resumed without fault codes after the load was cleared.
• Dock charging habit on the Zonder Robo: Do not leave the Zonder Robo sitting on its dock indefinitely between uses. Continuous trickle charge after full capacity is reached accelerates cell degradation faster than regular charge-and-remove cycles. Charge to full, then lift the unit off the dock until the next scheduled run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low

The Zonder Robo's suction motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted. That extra draw causes voltage to sag at the 14.4V rail before the indicator circuit registers a low state. The vacuum interprets this as normal operation and does not alert you, but cleaning performance drops noticeably. Clean the filter and check the brush roll before concluding the battery is the cause — a clear airpath brings rail voltage back to the expected 14.4V under load.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle and then recovers on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a motor fault. When sustained suction restriction forces the motor to draw above the pack's rated current threshold, the BMS opens the discharge circuit to protect the cells. The circuit resets after a short thermal recovery window, which is why the vacuum restarts without any intervention. Check the filter and inlet path first — if the blockage is cleared and the cutout stops, the pack is functioning as it should. If cutouts continue with a clean filter, measure resting pack voltage; anything below 13.0V indicates cell degradation.
