Fits RobZone Duoro and Duoro Profi models; replaces OEM battery CS-RBD100VX for cordless stick vacuum operation.
14.4V lithium-ion delivers 2600mAh capacity; sustains motor torque under carpet load without early cutoff.
Connector slides into dock housing with single locking tab; orientation marked on pack and receptacle match.
We bench-tested this cell in the Duoro charging dock; BMS accepted handshake on first insertion without fault cycles.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RobZone Duoro / Duoro Profi — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the RobZone Duoro and Duoro Profi cordless stick vacuums. It slots into the same battery bay as the original cell and connects to the same BMS communication circuit. No OEM part number is published for this cell — the Duoro and Duoro Profi share identical battery architecture.

  • Duoro and Duoro Profi compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the same battery housing and connector pinout. One cell fits both without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge cycles and monitored BMS behaviour under sustained motor load. The protection circuit held cutoff voltage correctly and did not trip under normal suction cycles.
  • Dock charging on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the Duoro sitting on its charging dock continuously. Unlike a phone, this vacuum has no dock-detection circuit to pause trickle charge once full. Charge to full, then remove it from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the Duoro

The Duoro's motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked — sometimes two to three times its clean-filter draw. That elevated current causes voltage to sag at the cell before the indicator circuit registers a low-battery state. The result is reduced suction with the indicator still showing partial charge. Clean the filter first. If sag continues on a clean filter, the cell has lost capacity and needs replacing.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a power switch fault. When suction is restricted — blocked filter, tangled brush roll, or a sealed floor contact — motor current spikes beyond the BMS threshold and the protection circuit cuts output. The cell recovers once current drops below the trip point, which is why the vacuum restarts after a brief pause. Clear the blockage and check the filter. If trips continue on an unblocked machine, measure resting cell voltage — a cell below 14.0V at rest has deteriorated and will trip under normal load.

Frequently Asked Questions

My RobZone Duoro loses suction well before the battery light shows low — is that a battery problem or a filter problem?

It can be both, but start with the filter. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current, which sags cell voltage and drops suction before the indicator circuit registers low. Clean the filter and run the vacuum again. If suction still fades early on a clean filter, the cell has lost capacity and voltage is sagging under normal motor load — replace the battery.

The Duoro motor cuts out for a few seconds during cleaning, then restarts on its own — what is causing that?

That is the BMS tripping on an overcurrent spike, not a switch or motor fault. Restricted airflow — from a blocked filter, tangled brush roll, or pressing the head flat against a surface — pushes motor current above the protection circuit's cutoff threshold. The cell shuts output, current drops, and the BMS resets, which is why the machine restarts after a short pause. Clear the restriction and check the filter; if it trips on an unobstructed machine, check resting cell voltage — anything below 14.0V at rest means the cell needs replacing.

My new replacement battery charges but the Duoro seems to run down much faster than it used to even when new — could continuous dock charging have damaged my old cell?

Yes — that is the most common cause of accelerated capacity fade on the Duoro. The charging dock does not pause trickle charge once the cell is full, so a battery left docked continuously receives low-level current around the clock. Over weeks this degrades cell capacity measurably. With this replacement cell, charge to full and physically remove the vacuum from the dock until the next clean.
