The Levo PLUS is a portable laboratory mixer used for vortex and orbital sample preparation in medical and clinical settings.

A new replacement cell that hasn't been cycled yet can present a voltage profile the BMS reads as marginal, triggering the low-battery alarm even at full charge. This is a first-cycle calibration issue, not a faulty battery. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle on the device and the BMS will re-establish its threshold against the actual cell — the alarm clears after that cycle.
The Levo PLUS won't power on after the new battery sat unused for several weeks before installation — how do I recover it?
Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if the cell voltage drops below approximately 3.0V the Levo PLUS BMS will refuse to power on as a protection measure. Place the battery in the device, connect the charger, and leave it on charge for at least 60 minutes before attempting to power on — most chargers apply a trickle recovery current that brings the cell back above the BMS acceptance threshold. If the charge indicator shows no activity after 30 minutes, check that the charger output is live and the contacts are seated correctly.
The Levo PLUS failed its power-on self-test after I swapped the battery — the fault clears if I remove and refit the cell, but comes back on the next boot. What causes this?
