This 3.85V, 490mAh Li-Polymer cell replaces the original battery in the T-Mobile SyncUP Kids GPS smartwatch. It fits the P0963 battery slot directly. Use it when the watch no longer holds charge or fails to power on after a full charge.

Without almanac data, the module cannot acquire satellites and the app shows the last known position instead of a live fix. Leave the watch outdoors or near a window with a clear sky view for 5–10 minutes — the module will pull a new almanac over LTE and resume live tracking once it locks onto at least three satellites. Confirm the fix has returned by checking that the location dot in the FamilyMode app is moving in real time.
