Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ultenic D6s — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (GW002-A2-4S1P)
This is a 14.4V 3350mAh (48.24Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Ultenic D6s cordless stick vacuum. It replaces OEM part GW002-A2-4S1P, the factory cell pack that powers the D6s motor and suction system. When the original pack can no longer hold a full charge, this replacement restores the vacuum to working condition.
- D6s motor system fit: The D6s runs a brushless motor at a 14.4V nominal rail. This pack matches that rail and uses the same 4S1P cell configuration as the factory unit, so the BMS can communicate correctly with the vacuum's motor controller without triggering a voltage mismatch cutoff.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the D6s platform. The BMS handled full draw under hard-floor and carpet modes without tripping overcurrent protection, and the cell voltage balanced correctly across all four cells at the top of charge.
- Dock charging on the D6s: Do not leave the D6s sitting on its charging dock continuously. Charge the pack to full, then remove it from the dock. Persistent trickle current from the dock accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells faster than regular charge-and-use cycles do.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the D6s
This happens when the motor is working harder than rated — usually because the filter is partially blocked. A restricted airflow path forces the motor to draw higher current to maintain suction, which pulls cell voltage down faster than normal discharge. The BMS reads the sagging voltage as a low-battery condition and begins reducing power to the motor before the display indicator catches up. Clean or replace the D6s filter first, then retest — if the problem disappears, the battery was not the cause.
D6s motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead cell. When sustained suction restriction — a blocked nozzle or clogged filter — pushes motor draw past the BMS current threshold, the pack cuts power to protect the cells. After a brief rest, the BMS resets and the vacuum runs again. Clear the blockage at the nozzle and wash the filter before putting a replacement battery in. If the cutout continues with a clean airflow path, check that the pack contacts are fully seated and that contact voltage at the terminals reads at least 14.0V under load.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Ultenic D6s runs for a much shorter time than it used to — is a blocked filter involved?
Yes, a partially blocked filter is one of the most common causes of short runtime on the D6s. The motor draws more current fighting restricted airflow, which drains the cells faster than a clean-filter load would. Wash the filter and let it dry fully before reinstalling, then run a charge cycle and retest. If runtime improves noticeably, the filter was the main cause — not the battery capacity.
I leave my D6s on the charging dock all the time — could that have killed the original battery?
It very likely contributed. Li-ion cells in cordless vacuums degrade faster when held at full charge continuously by a docked trickle current than they do through normal charge-and-use cycles. With the replacement pack, charge to full and remove the vacuum from the dock rather than leaving it permanently seated. Check the charger indicator light — once it shows full, disconnect.
The D6s won't start charging with the new battery installed — what should I check first?
Start by checking the contacts on both the battery pack and the vacuum body for dust or debris — a poor contact can prevent the charger from completing the circuit. If the contacts are clean and charging still won't start, the BMS in the new pack may need an initial activation charge: connect the charger and leave it for 10–15 minutes even if no indicator light appears immediately. If the charger LED still shows no charge activity after that, verify the charger output reads 16.8V DC at the connector, which is the correct full-charge voltage for a 4S Li-ion pack at this nominal 14.4V rating.
