Fits Wiper One X35, One X50, One XH, One XH40 and eight additional mower models; replaces the OEM 25.9V pack across the entire Wiper cordless lineup.
25.9V lithium-ion at 15000mAh delivers 388.5Wh to the blade motor; voltage holds steady under thick grass until thermal protection engages.
Connector seats into the underside dock with a quarter-turn locking collar; orientation is keyed to prevent reverse insertion into the charge port.
We ran a full discharge cycle on an X35 deck; BMS held steady under blade load, then cut cleanly at 3.0V per cell.
Before first spring use, bring the pack indoors overnight if stored below 10°C — cold cells spike inrush current to the blade motor and can trip the BMS cutoff mid-row.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiper One X35 / One X50 / One XH Series — 25.9V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 25.9V, 15,000mAh (388.5Wh) Li-ion battery for Wiper cordless lawn mowers including the One X35, One X50, One XH, and One XH40. It replaces the original pack when capacity has dropped or the battery no longer holds a charge. Voltage and connector match the original Wiper battery specification.

  • One X35, X50, XH, and XH40 compatibility: These models share the same 25.9V battery platform and connector housing. The BMS in each mower communicates with the pack over the same voltage rail, so one battery works across the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through motor-start inrush cycles and sustained blade-load draws. The BMS held steady under both conditions, with no false cutoffs during high-resistance cutting passes.
  • Season-start temperature tip: If temperatures in your garage dropped below 10°C over winter, bring the battery indoors overnight before first use. Cold Li-ion cells carry higher internal resistance, and the blade motor's inrush current on startup can trip the BMS before the pack warms up.

BMS cutoff on thick-grass and wet-grass blade load

When the blade hits dense or wet grass, motor current spikes sharply above normal draw. If the pack's BMS reads that spike as an overload, it cuts power to protect the cells. This shows up as the mower stopping mid-row and then restarting after a few seconds once current drops. Keeping blade speed consistent and avoiding overly long grass reduces the frequency of these trips.

Charger refusing the pack after winter storage

Li-ion packs left unused over winter can self-discharge below the charger's acceptance threshold — typically around 2.5V per cell. When that happens, the charger either shows a fault light or simply does nothing when the pack is connected. Some chargers have a recovery or trickle mode that nudges the pack back above threshold; leave it connected for 30 minutes and check again. If the charger accepts the pack at that point, run a full charge before using the mower.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Wiper mower cuts out halfway through a row, then starts again after I wait — what's happening?

This is thermal protection triggering under sustained high load. When blade resistance stays elevated — long grass, wet conditions, or a clogged deck — the BMS cuts power to prevent cell damage. Allow a 5-minute cooldown with the mower stopped but the battery installed, then resume. Clearing the deck of clippings before restarting reduces the chance of an immediate repeat cutoff.

The charger light goes straight to fault when I plug in after the mower sat all winter — is the battery dead?

Not necessarily. Li-ion cells left uncharged over several months can drop below the minimum voltage the charger will accept. Connect the pack and leave it for 30 minutes — some chargers will trickle-feed the pack back above the acceptance threshold before switching to normal charge mode. If the fault clears and charging begins, run the pack to a full charge before mowing. If the fault stays solid after 30 minutes, the cells have discharged too far to recover.

The new battery runs noticeably warmer than my old one did — should I be concerned?

Warmth on a new pack during the first several uses is normal. Fresh cells go through a conditioning period where internal resistance is slightly higher than it will settle at after 4–5 full charge and discharge cycles. Check that the battery compartment vents are clear of grass clippings, which can trap heat against the pack. If the battery is too hot to hold comfortably after a normal mowing session beyond the first five cycles, inspect the deck for blockages that are forcing the motor to work harder than it should.
