Polisher BP130LiIII / BP150LiII Series — 25.9V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LV-14)

This is a 25.9V, 9000mAh (233.1Wh) lithium-ion battery for the Polisher BP130LiIII, BP150LiII, BP90Li, F-30Li, and one additional compatible model. It slots into the same bay as the original pack and connects to the same 25.9V charging and BMS circuit. Voltage and cell count match the OEM spec exactly.

• BP130LiIII and BP150LiII platform fit: These models share the same 25.9V seven-cell Li-ion architecture, battery bay dimensions, and connector pinout. One battery SKU covers the full platform because the BMS handshake protocol and cutoff thresholds are identical across all listed models.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through repeated blade-start cycles simulating high-inrush motor load. The BMS held the voltage rail steady through each start surge and tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold — no false trips under normal cutting load.
• Seasonal storage tip for mower batteries: Before storing the mower over winter, charge the pack to around 50–60% — not full. A fully charged Li-ion pack sitting unused for months accelerates cell degradation faster than a partial charge does.

The blade motor on the BP130LiIII draws significantly more current through dense or wet grass than during normal dry cutting. If the inrush current spikes beyond the BMS protection threshold — usually caused by bogging the blade at low speed — the pack will cut power to protect the cells. This is not a battery fault. Let the mower coast to a stop, wait 30 seconds for the BMS to reset, then re-engage at a faster walking pace to keep blade RPM up and current draw lower.

Li-ion cells self-discharge slowly over months. If the pack voltage drops below approximately 20V during storage, many chargers enter a fault or reject state and refuse to begin a charge cycle. This is a low-voltage lockout, not a dead battery. To recover the pack, some Polisher chargers will accept it if you hold the charge button for five seconds on insertion — consult your charger manual for the recovery procedure. If the charger begins a trickle charge, allow it to complete the full cycle before using the mower.
