Yeedi K10 / K20 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (R03-LI-1440-5200)

This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh (74.88Wh) Li-ion battery for the Yeedi K10 and K20 robot vacuums. It replaces the original pack when capacity has degraded after repeated charge cycles. The battery restores suction and brush motor performance to original operating specifications.

• K10 and K20 compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the same connector and BMS handshake protocol. One battery covers both platforms without modification.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the K10 platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the vacuum's charge controller, and overcurrent protection triggered as expected under a simulated blockage load.
• Dock charging habit on robot vacuums: Do not leave the K10 or K20 sitting on the dock indefinitely between cleaning sessions. Continuous trickle charging compresses the Li-ion cells over time and accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock until the next scheduled run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

A degraded Li-ion pack loses its ability to hold voltage under load, even when the charge indicator still reads mid-range. The K10's suction and brush motors draw combined current that a worn cell cannot sustain at rated voltage. This causes the vacuum to reduce motor speed early in the cleaning cycle, well before the low-battery alert fires. Replacing the pack with a full-capacity 5200mAh cell restores the voltage floor the motors need to run at full draw.

Motor cuts out mid-run and then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed battery. When the filter is partially blocked, the suction motor draws significantly more current trying to maintain airflow — enough to push past the BMS protection threshold. The BMS shuts the output, waits for the current spike to clear, then resets. Remove and clean the filter first. If the cutout stops, the battery is fine. If it continues on a clean filter with a new cell, check the brush roll for hair or debris causing the same restricted-load condition.
