The BMS detects current above its trip threshold and cuts the output circuit to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and the motor restarts. Clear the blockage and empty the bin before the next run. If the cutout persists on an unblocked machine, check whether the pack recovers to 25.2V on a full charge cycle — a cell that cannot hold full charge will hit the BMS trip threshold faster under any load.
