Fits Ambrogio L200 Carbon and L200-R Elite models; replaces OEM part CS C0114.
25.2V 13800mAh lithium-ion delivers full blade torque on residential grass without voltage sag.
Connector slots vertically into mower chassis with positive pin forward and locking tab engaged.
We ran 12 full discharge cycles on a L200 Carbon test unit; BMS held stable current draw throughout.
If the mower cuts out mid-row then restarts, allow the pack five minutes to cool before resuming — thermal protection is normal.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ambrogio L200 Carbon Series — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (1126-9121-01)

This 25.2V 13800mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Ambrogio L200 Carbon, L200 Deluxe 2B, L200-R, L200R Elite, and related L200 series robotic mowers. It slots into the same battery bay and connects to the same BMS handshake circuit as the factory unit. Capacity is 347.76Wh — matching OEM spec for full autonomous cutting sessions.

  • L200 series compatibility: The L200 Carbon, Deluxe 2B, L200-R, and L200R Elite share a common 25.2V architecture, identical battery connector, and the same BMS communication protocol. One pack covers all of them.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through blade-start inrush loads and confirmed the BMS holds voltage without tripping on simulated thick-grass resistance spikes. Cell balancing settled by cycle three.
  • Seasonal storage care: Before first use of the season, bring the battery indoors overnight if temperatures are below 10°C — cold Li-ion cells have higher internal resistance, and the blade motor inrush current can trip the BMS on a cold pack.

Charger showing fault after the mower sat in the garage all winter

Li-ion cells self-discharge slowly in storage. A pack left all winter can drop below the charger's minimum acceptance voltage — typically around 20V for a 25.2V pack — and the charger refuses to begin a charge cycle, showing a fault or red light. Some Ambrogio chargers have a recovery or trickle mode that can bring a borderline pack back up. If the charger has no recovery mode, a compatible lab charger set to 0.1A trickle at 25.2V can restore the pack to acceptance threshold, after which the standard charger takes over.

Mower cuts out mid-row then restarts on its own after a few minutes

This is thermal protection, not a failing battery. When the blade motor works hard through wet or thick grass, cell temperature climbs and the BMS trips to protect the pack. The mower pauses, the pack cools, and the BMS resets — usually within five minutes. If it happens repeatedly in the same area, check blade sharpness; a dull blade draws higher sustained current and generates more heat per metre than a sharp one.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Ambrogio L200 charger won't start charging the new pack — it just blinks a fault code. What's wrong?

The charger is rejecting the pack because the cell voltage is below its acceptance threshold — this can happen straight out of the box if the pack shipped in a low-charge state. Connect the pack to a compatible Li-ion charger set to a 0.1A trickle at 25.2V for 20–30 minutes to bring the cells up to acceptance voltage, then switch back to the standard Ambrogio charger and it should begin a normal charge cycle.

The mower keeps stopping mid-lawn in thick or wet grass but works fine on dry short grass — is the battery at fault?

Not usually. Wet and thick grass puts a sustained high-current load on the blade motor, which heats the cells faster than the BMS allows. The BMS trips to protect the pack, the mower pauses, and it recovers once the pack cools — typically within five minutes. Check blade sharpness first; a worn blade draws more current per metre and triggers thermal cutoff sooner than a sharp one running the same conditions.

The new battery feels noticeably warmer than the old one did after a full mowing session — is that normal?

Yes, for the first few cycles. Fresh Li-ion cells have slightly higher internal resistance before they condition, which generates a little more heat per cycle than a broken-in pack. We measured surface temperature settling toward normal by cycle five on the bench. If the pack is still running hotter than expected after ten full cycles, check that the battery bay vents on the mower body are clear of grass clippings — blocked airflow compounds the effect.
