Fits Wolf Garten R.S.400, R.S.600, and Loopo M2000 robotic mowers; replaces OEM part WG-MRK7005A-ET and BAT7000C.
25.6V, 3000mAh capacity delivers 76.8Wh — enough for one full mowing cycle on most residential lawns.
Connector slides straight in with positive contact; locking tab seats flush against the mower's battery housing.
We charged from zero to full and monitored the BMS; no early cutoff under normal blade load conditions.
Before first spring use, bring the pack indoors overnight if temperatures drop below 10°C — cold cells have higher internal resistance and blade motor inrush can trip the BMS protection circuit on a frozen pack.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wolf Garten R.S.400 / Loopo M2000 — 25.6V Li-ion Replacement Battery (WG-MRK7005A-ET)

This is a 25.6V, 3000mAh (76.8Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Wolf Garten R.S.400, R.S.600, Loopo M2000, and Loopo M2000 Typ: 22CCFAEA650 robotic lawn mowers. It replaces OEM part numbers WG-MRK7005A-ET and BAT7000C. Fit this when the original pack no longer holds a charge or the mower fails to complete a scheduled cutting cycle.

  • R.S.400 / R.S.600 / Loopo M2000 platform fit: These models share the same 25.6V battery rail, physical housing, and BMS communication protocol. One pack covers the full group — no adapter or firmware workaround needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full charge and discharge on a Wolf Garten compatible BMS rig. The protection circuit responded correctly to over-discharge cutoff and the cell balancing held within spec across five cycles.
  • Spring recommissioning tip: Before first use of the season, bring the battery indoors overnight if temperatures are below 10°C. Cold Li-ion cells carry higher internal resistance, and the blade motor inrush current on a cold pack can trip the BMS before the mower leaves the dock.

BMS cutoff during thick-grass or wet-grass cutting passes

The blade motor on the R.S.400 draws a brief inrush surge each time it bites into dense or damp grass. If the battery's state of charge is below roughly 20%, the BMS reads the voltage sag from that inrush as a fault condition and cuts output to protect the cells. The mower stops mid-row, returns to the dock, and reports a battery or motor error. Running the first few cuts on a freshly charged pack — above 24V resting — prevents most of these nuisance trips.

Charger shows fault light after mower sat unused all winter

Li-ion cells self-discharge at roughly 2–3% per month in storage. After a full winter, a pack stored without a top-up charge can drop below the charger's acceptance threshold — typically around 20V for 25.6V chemistry. The charger sees a voltage it treats as a damaged or deeply discharged cell and refuses to start a charge cycle. Some Wolf Garten chargers support a recovery or wake mode — consult the charger manual for the activation sequence, then watch for the charge LED to switch from fault to active within two minutes. If the pack doesn't respond, check resting voltage with a multimeter; anything above 18V is usually recoverable.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Wolf Garten R.S.400 cuts out halfway through a row, then starts again after sitting at the dock — what's causing it?

This is thermal protection triggering, not a faulty battery. The blade motor generates heat under sustained load, and the BMS shuts output when the pack temperature exceeds its threshold. Let the mower sit at the dock for at least five minutes — long enough for the cells to cool — before restarting the cycle. If it keeps happening, check that the cutting height is set one notch higher; reducing blade load is the fastest fix.

After leaving the mower in the garage all winter, the charger won't accept the new battery — the fault light stays on. What do I do?

Even a new pack can arrive with a lower-than-expected charge state after shipping and storage. The Wolf Garten charger rejects packs below its acceptance voltage threshold. Check the battery's resting voltage with a multimeter — if it reads above 20V, the charger should eventually accept it; leave the pack connected for up to ten minutes to allow the charger's wake circuit to engage. If the resting voltage is below 18V, the pack has self-discharged too far and needs to be returned.

The R.S.400 is running noticeably shorter cycles than it did last season with the old battery — is the new pack defective?

New Li-ion cells run slightly below full capacity for the first three to five charge cycles while the cell chemistry stabilises — this is normal and not a defect. Capacity increases incrementally with each full charge-discharge cycle. Run the mower through at least five complete cycles before comparing performance to the old pack. If capacity hasn't improved by cycle six, check that the dock charging contacts are clean and making firm contact — dirty contacts cause partial charges that compress the apparent capacity.
