Fits Xiaomi 14 Pro and replaces OEM battery part number BP4R.
3.87V nominal voltage, 4750mAh capacity — restores full charge capacity on aged cells that no longer hold a full cycle.
Connector seats flush into the stock battery slot with no adapter needed; locking tab requires gentle downward pressure to fully secure.
We bench-tested this cell on a 14 Pro unit and confirmed the BMS accepted the pack without fault codes on first insertion.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi 14 Pro — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BP4R)

This 3.87V, 4750mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the original BP4R cell in the Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone. It restores full electrical capacity to handsets where the original cell has degraded through repeated charge cycles. Nominal energy output is 18.38Wh at the stock voltage rail.

  • Xiaomi 14 Pro fit: The 14 Pro uses a specific connector pinout and BMS handshake tied to Xiaomi's HyperCharge control IC. This BP4R cell matches that connector and communicates correctly with the charge controller — no voltage mismatch, no rejected charge sessions.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the cell through charge and discharge cycles on the 14 Pro board. The BMS accepted the cell without fault flags, and the coulomb counter tracked state-of-charge without erratic jumps after the first full cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first install: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before HyperCharge pushes high current into an uncalibrated cell.

Why the Xiaomi 14 Pro reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The 14 Pro uses a coulomb counter that builds its charge model against the original cell's impedance and capacity curve. When a new cell goes in, that model is stale — the IC is predicting state-of-charge against data that no longer matches the physical cell. The result is percentage readings that stick, jump, or refuse to reach 100%. One full slow-charge cycle forces the IC to re-map the curve. After that cycle, readings stabilise.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage cliff, not a capacity problem. Under peak modem or display load, the new cell's voltage drops faster than the fuel gauge predicted — crossing the shutdown threshold before the reported percentage reaches zero. It happens most often before the fuel gauge IC has completed one full recalibration cycle. Run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without fast charging enabled. After that cycle, the IC's low-voltage cutoff prediction aligns with the actual cell curve.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Xiaomi 14 Pro won't power on after the new battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Probably not dead, but the BMS has locked out below its minimum cell voltage threshold, typically around 2.5V per cell. Connect the phone to a low-current 5W charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC needs to trickle current in before the BMS will allow normal operation. Once the cell climbs above the lockout threshold, the phone will boot normally. If it still won't respond after an hour on charge, check the connector seating on the replacement cell.

HyperCharge fast charging stopped working after I installed the BP4R — the phone only charges slowly now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, Xiaomi's HyperCharge protocol can fall back to standard 5W charging because the charge IC doesn't yet trust the new cell's thermal and impedance profile. This is normal BMS behaviour, not a fault with the cell. Complete one full slow charge to 100%, then one full discharge to automatic shutdown. After that recalibration cycle, reconnect the original HyperCharge adapter — the protocol handshake should resume at full charge rate.

The battery percentage on my 14 Pro keeps jumping around erratically — sometimes it drops 10% in seconds, then gains it back.

The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating its internal model against the new cell's discharge curve, and until that process completes, state-of-charge estimates will be unstable. Erratic jumps are most common in the first two to three cycles after installation. Do not interrupt the first full charge — let it run from automatic shutdown all the way to 100% with fast charging disabled. By the third full cycle, the coulomb counter will have enough data to hold a stable percentage reading.
