Fits Asus ZenBook Flip 15 UX562FD-2G, UX562, UX562FN, UX562FD — replaces OEM part C32N1810 and 0B200-03070100.
11.55V, 7400mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 85.47Wh to the processor, display, and system board on this convertible.
Connector slides into the internal battery slot beneath the keyboard deck with a single locking tab on the right edge.
We ran a full charge-discharge cycle on the UX562FD platform — BMS responded cleanly to firmware handshake and held voltage steady under mixed CPU and display load.
After installation, run one full discharge to hibernate-cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears inaccurate health warnings that appear after every cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Asus ZenBook Flip 15 UX562 Series — 11.55V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (C32N1810)

This is an 11.55V, 7400mAh (85.47Wh) Li-Polymer battery for the Asus ZenBook Flip 15 UX562 lineup. It fits the UX562FD-2G, UX562FN, and UX562FD convertible laptops. It replaces OEM part numbers C32N1810 and 0B200-03070100.

  • UX562 series compatibility: All UX562 variants share the same 11.55V three-cell battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The same physical cell and EEPROM charge profile works across UX562, UX562FD, UX562FD-2G, and UX562FN without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and load cycles on UX562 hardware. The BMS negotiated charge current correctly, and the EC reported cell voltage without fault flags across CPU and display load transitions.
  • First-cycle reset on the UX562: After installing, run one full discharge down to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the false "poor health" warning that appears in MyASUS after a cell swap on this platform.

Why the UX562 shuts down at 20–30% after a battery swap

The ZenBook's EC relies on EEPROM data from the previous cell to model remaining capacity. When a new cell goes in, that data is stale. The fuel gauge IC sees a voltage cliff under combined CPU and display load and triggers an emergency shutdown before the gauge reaches zero. Running two or three full discharge-to-hibernate and full-recharge cycles recalibrates the fuel gauge IC against the new cell's actual discharge curve. After calibration, the shutdown threshold shifts back to the correct low-battery range.

MyASUS showing wrong Wh rating after cell replacement

The Wh figure shown in MyASUS and Windows Battery Report pulls from the EEPROM's stored design capacity, not a live cell measurement. A replacement cell may carry a slightly different EEPROM Wh value than the original, which is why the reported figure can differ from the label on the battery. This is an EEPROM metadata difference, not a fault in the cell itself. After two full calibration cycles, the EC updates its learned capacity and the reported Wh value stabilises to reflect the actual cell.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ZenBook Flip 15 shuts off suddenly at around 25% battery — did I get a bad replacement cell?

The cell itself is not faulty. The EC is still reading the discharge curve from the old EEPROM data, so it hits a voltage cliff under CPU and display load and cuts power before the gauge reaches zero. Run two full discharge-to-hibernate cycles followed by uninterrupted charges to 100%. This gives the fuel gauge IC enough data to rebuild its model against the new cell, and the premature shutdowns stop.

Windows Battery Report is showing a lower Wh rating than what's printed on the replacement battery — what's wrong?

Nothing is wrong with the cell. The Wh figure in Battery Report and MyASUS reads from the EEPROM's stored design-capacity field, not a live measurement. A replacement cell's EEPROM may carry a slightly different value than the original Asus cell. Complete two full calibration cycles — full discharge to hibernate, then charge uninterrupted to 100% — and the EC's learned capacity will update to a figure that reflects the actual cell chemistry.

MyASUS is flagging the new battery as "poor health" or "unknown" straight after installation — is the battery defective?

It is not defective. MyASUS reads health status from the BIOS battery learn cycle, which still holds data from the old cell. The BIOS has no baseline for the new cell yet, so it reports poor or unknown health by default. Discharge fully to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100% to trigger the learn cycle reset. After one or two cycles the health status clears to normal and the BIOS recognises the new cell correctly.
