Fits Amazfit GTS 2 Mini (model A2010) and replaces OEM part number PL402022GH.
3.85V, 220mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers the same energy capacity as the original pack.
Connector slides straight onto the watch mainboard; magnetic charging contacts align with the dock.
We ran a full charge cycle on the test unit; BMS settled at rated voltage with no early cutoff.
After fitting the new cell, place the watch on its charger immediately and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge IC cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini / A2010 — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (PL402022GH)

This is a 3.85V, 220mAh Li-Polymer cell for the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini (A2010) smartwatch. It replaces OEM part PL402022GH and restores power to the watch's heart rate monitor, activity tracking, sleep logging, and notification functions. Dimensions are 22.70 × 19.00 × 4.00mm — measure your existing cell before fitting if the housing shows any prior repair history.

  • GTS 2 Mini / A2010 fitment: Both model designations run the same power rail and connector configuration. The PL402022GH cell interfaces directly with the onboard fuel gauge IC — no firmware changes or hardware modifications needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the GTS 2 Mini platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and the fuel gauge IC re-initialised correctly after a full charge cycle from near-zero.
  • Post-swap charge requirement: After fitting this cell, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and charge to 100% before using it. The GTS 2 Mini's fuel gauge IC cannot set an accurate reference point without one full charge cycle from near-zero following a cell swap — skipping this step causes inaccurate battery percentage readings from day one.

Why the GTS 2 Mini fuel gauge reads wildly wrong after a cell swap

The GTS 2 Mini uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that tracks charge by measuring current flow from a known starting reference. When you remove the old cell, that reference is wiped. The IC wakes up with the new cell and has no baseline — so it guesses, often badly. One full charge to 100% from a low state gives the IC the fixed endpoint it needs to recalibrate its count. Until that cycle completes, percentage readings and low-battery warnings will not be accurate.

Watch not pairing to phone after battery replacement

Removing the battery terminates the active BLE session between the watch and the Zepp app. The app retains the old device record but the watch has no session to resume. On the watch, go to Settings → System → Forget Device, then remove the watch from Bluetooth settings on your phone. Re-pair fresh through the Zepp app — the watch will appear as a new device and complete the handshake normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

My GTS 2 Mini shows 0% and won't turn on right after fitting the new battery — did I get a dead cell?

Almost certainly not a dead cell. The fuel gauge IC lost its charge reference when the old battery was removed, and it has no starting point to read from. Connect the watch to its magnetic charger immediately and leave it on charge until it reaches 100% — do not interrupt the cycle. Once that full charge completes, the IC resets its reference and the percentage display will behave normally.

New battery fitted, but the watch is draining from 100% to empty in a single day — what's drawing that much current?

Always-on display combined with continuous heart rate monitoring is the most common cause. The GTS 2 Mini's HR sensor runs a persistent current draw when set to continuous mode, and AOD prevents the display from dropping to its lowest power state. Go to Settings → Display → Always-on Display and turn it off, then set heart rate monitoring to Smart or 30-minute intervals instead of continuous. That combination typically brings drain back in line with the rated multi-day figure.

The magnetic charger isn't registering contact after I reassembled the watch — no charging icon appears.

The charge contacts on the case back can shift by a fraction of a millimetre during reassembly, enough to break the magnetic alignment. Remove the watch from the charger, check that the case back is fully seated and flush — press firmly around the edges. Then set the watch back on the charger puck and confirm the charging icon appears on screen within 10 seconds; if it doesn't, rotate the watch 180° on the puck and try again.
