This is a 3.8V, 3600mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. It fits the SM-T110, SM-T111, and related variants listed above. It replaces OEM part EB-BT111ABE and its equivalent part numbers including GH43-04081A and EB-BT115ABC.

  • SM-T110 and SM-T111 series fit: Both models share the same 3.8V cell footprint, connector pin-out, and charge IC handshake. The BMS communicates directly with Samsung's power management IC on both boards, so no firmware conflict occurs on either variant.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the SM-T110 board. The BMS held charge cutoff at the correct 4.35V ceiling and triggered low-voltage protection cleanly without a hard board fault.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after swap: After fitting this battery, run the tablet down to automatic shutoff, then charge it in one uninterrupted session to 100%. This forces the fuel gauge IC to recalibrate against the new cell and clears the percentage drift that commonly appears after a replacement.

Why the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite shuts down at 15–25% remaining

The SM-T110 runs its display and WiFi radio off the same voltage rail. Under combined load, voltage sags faster than the fuel gauge can track. The power management IC sees the voltage drop below its cutoff threshold before the reported percentage reaches zero. This is a calibration gap, not a faulty cell. One full discharge-to-shutoff cycle followed by an uninterrupted charge resets the gauge and closes the gap.

Fast charging unavailable after battery replacement on the Tab 3 Lite

The Tab 3 Lite's charge IC negotiates charge rate during the first accepted charge cycle after a new cell is installed. Until that cycle completes, the device may default to a slower charge profile. This is not a defect in the replacement cell. Charge the tablet fully from near-empty in one session using the original Samsung charger, and the negotiated rate will lock in from the next charge onward.

The Tab 3 Lite cuts off suddenly at around 20% after fitting the new battery — what's causing it?

The display and WiFi radio share a voltage rail, and under combined load the voltage sags sharply in the lower charge range. The power management IC hits its cutoff threshold before the gauge reads zero — it looks like a sudden shutdown but it's a calibration gap. Complete one full discharge-to-shutoff cycle followed by a full uninterrupted charge, and the shutoff point will shift back down toward 0%.

The tablet feels warm near the charging port while the new battery is charging — is something wrong?

The charge IC on the SM-T110 runs a conditioning pass on a new cell during the first few cycles, which draws slightly more current than steady-state charging. Mild warmth at the charge IC area is normal at this stage. If the device becomes hot to the touch or shows a temperature warning on screen, disconnect and let it cool to room temperature before continuing. For normal warm-but-not-hot charging, no action is needed — it settles after the first full cycle.
