Fits Alcatel One Touch Flash Plus OT-7054 and OT-7054T; replaces OEM part TLiS600.
3.8V, 3300mAh Li-Polymer cell restores full charge cycles on this smartphone after original pack degradation.
Connector slides into the battery slot behind the rear cover with a single friction latch; no adhesive removal needed.
Bench testing showed the BMS accepted charge current without fault codes; fuel gauge IC began calibration on first cycle.
Disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-charge cycle after installation — this lets the fuel gauge recalibrate against the new cell curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Alcatel One Touch Flash Plus — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (TLiS600)

This 3.8V, 3300mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the TLiS600 cell in the Alcatel One Touch Flash Plus (OT-7054, OT-7054T). It fits directly into the original battery bay and connects via the factory connector. Capacity is 3300mAh — 12.54Wh — sourced from the product specification, not estimated.

  • OT-7054 and OT-7054T compatibility: Both variants share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The 87.34 × 65.42 × 3.80mm cell envelope fits without modification across both board revisions.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the OT-7054 platform. The BMS accepted charge current without fault, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installing this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle. The fuel gauge IC on this platform calibrates its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve — skipping this step causes the percentage readout to drift against the actual state of charge.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the One Touch Flash Plus

This is a voltage cliff failure. When the modem transmits or the screen drives high current, the cell voltage drops sharply under load — faster than the fuel gauge IC expects based on its stored curve. The phone's protection circuit reads this as an undervoltage event and cuts power before the percentage reaches zero. On a new replacement cell, this happens most often in the first few cycles because the fuel gauge IC is still running its old calibration map. Run two full discharge-to-zero and charge-to-100% cycles to let the IC remap the curve against the new cell.

OS showing wrong battery percentage after cell swap

The fuel gauge IC on the OT-7054 stores a learned discharge curve from the old cell. After a swap, it applies that old curve to the new cell — so 40% on screen may be 55% actual, or vice versa. The fix is one full discharge cycle from 100% down to automatic shutdown, followed by a full uninterrupted charge to 100%. At that point the coulomb counter resets its reference voltage to 3.8V full charge and begins building a new curve. If the percentage still jumps erratically after two full cycles, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a loose pin causes intermittent voltage readings that confuse the IC.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Alcatel One Touch Flash Plus won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

It's almost certainly a BMS lockout from deep discharge during storage. When a Li-Polymer cell drops below roughly 2.5V, the protection circuit locks out to prevent cell damage and the phone will not respond to the power button. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until the BMS clears its lockout at around 3.0V, at which point the phone should boot or show a charge indicator.

Fast charging stopped working after I put the new TLiS600 cell in — the phone only charges slowly now.

The charge controller on the OT-7054 runs a handshake with the BMS before allowing high-current input. On the first cycle with a new cell, the BMS sometimes responds conservatively and the controller falls back to standard 5V charging. This is normal behaviour and not a fault. Run one full charge cycle at standard rate, let the phone discharge to around 10%, then plug in again — the handshake on the second cycle typically re-enables the faster charge path. If it still charges slowly after two cycles, confirm the cable and adapter support the required charge protocol.

The phone feels warm near the battery during charging — is that a problem with the new cell?

Some warmth during charging is expected with a new high-impedance Li-Polymer cell. The charge IC pushes current into a cell whose internal resistance is slightly higher before the first few cycles condition it. If the back of the phone is uncomfortably hot to the touch or the phone throttles performance during charge, stop charging and let it cool. After two or three full cycles, internal resistance drops and charging temperatures normalise — if sustained heat continues beyond that point, recheck that the replacement cell dimensions match 87.34 × 65.42 × 3.80mm and that nothing is compressing the cell inside the bay.
