Replaces TLiS600 battery in TCL P728M, 3N, I718M, and M2U smartphones.
Delivers 3.8V and 3300mAh capacity; restores full charge cycles on devices showing degraded runtime or sudden shutdowns.
Connector seats flush against the battery contact plate with no locking tab; orientation marked on pack underside.
We bench-cycled this cell through five full discharge-charge passes on P728M hardware; BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes or early cutoff errors.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

TCL P728M Series — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (TLiS600)

The TLiS600 is a 3.8V, 3300mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the TCL P728M, 3N, I718M, and M2U smartphones. It replaces a degraded original cell that can no longer hold a usable charge across a full day. Capacity figures come from our product data — 12.54Wh nominal.

  • P728M platform compatibility: The P728M, 3N, I718M, and M2U share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — which is why a single TLiS600 cell covers all of them. Swapping between these models does not require firmware or hardware changes on the charge IC.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a P728M unit. The BMS accepted the cell without fault flags, balanced current draw held stable under simultaneous LTE and display load, and the charge IC reached cutoff voltage cleanly at 4.35V.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-charge cycle at standard current. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated reference.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens because the fuel gauge IC is still using the discharge curve it learned from the old, degraded cell. When a new cell hits a voltage region the old curve said was safe, the IC underestimates how fast voltage will drop under modem or display load. The phone's protection circuit sees the voltage cliff and shuts down before the reported percentage reaches zero. One full discharge-charge cycle at standard current retrains the coulomb counter and eliminates the early cutoff.

USB fast charge not activating after a cell swap

After installing a new cell, some TCL charge ICs run an initial handshake check before accepting the USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge protocol. If the BMS on the new cell has not yet completed its first full charge cycle, the IC may default to 5V standard charging as a safety measure. Plug in, let it charge fully at standard rate, then unplug and reconnect — the fast-charge negotiation should complete normally on the second connection. If it still does not trigger, confirm the charger output matches the phone's rated input voltage of 5V/9V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My TCL P728M powers off at around 25% after fitting the new battery — is the cell faulty?

The cell is almost certainly fine. The fuel gauge IC calibrated its discharge curve to the old, worn cell — it cannot accurately predict voltage drop on a new one. Under modem or screen load, voltage falls faster than the IC expects, and the protection circuit shuts the phone down before the counter reaches zero. Run one full discharge to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% at standard speed, and the coulomb counter will recalibrate against the new cell.

The phone feels warm near the battery area during the first few charges after the replacement — should I stop charging?

Mild warmth is normal on the first one or two cycles. A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance before it's been cycled, so the charge IC dissipates a little more energy as heat while it learns the cell's resistance profile. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or charging cuts off early, disconnect and let it cool before reconnecting. Warmth that disappears after the second or third full cycle is not a fault.

The battery percentage on my TCL P728M is jumping around erratically after the swap — 60% one minute, 45% the next.

That's the fuel gauge IC recalibrating its internal model against the new cell's voltage curve. The coulomb counter accumulated errors tracking the old degraded cell, and now it's reconciling those against readings it wasn't expecting from a healthier cell. Charge the phone fully to 100% without interruption, then use it down to auto-shutdown in one session. That single complete cycle gives the IC enough data to lock the percentage display onto the new cell's actual curve.
