Fits Anysecu B01 and B02 two-way radios; replaces OEM part B-50C.
Delivers 3.7V and 1700mAh capacity; restores full transmit power and standby time on aging radios.
Micro connector with single locking tab; seats flush into radio battery slot without force or adapter.
We bench-tested this cell on a B01 dock; BMS accepted the pack on first insertion and held steady voltage under sustained PTT cycling.
If the charger dock shows a fault LED after inserting this battery, remove it, wipe the gold contacts with a dry cloth, and reseat firmly — the Anysecu dock requires a clean contact cycle to accept the new BMS handshake before charging begins.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Anysecu B01 / B02 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (B-50C)

This is a 3.7V 1700mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Anysecu B01 and B02 portable two-way radios. It replaces OEM part number B-50C directly. Voltage, capacity, and physical dimensions match the original pack at 52.30 × 40.00 × 10.10mm.

  • B01 and B02 compatibility: Both models run the same voltage rail, share the same connector pinout, and accept the same BMS handshake protocol — one pack covers either unit without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through transmit and standby loads. The BMS handled PTT-triggered current spikes without tripping into overcurrent lockout, and the charger dock accepted the pack on first insertion without a fault LED.
  • Contact strip care on first dock insertion: If the charger shows a fault LED on first insertion, remove the pack, wipe the gold contact strip with a dry cloth, and reseat firmly — the Anysecu dock requires a clean contact cycle to complete the BMS handshake before charging begins.

Why the Anysecu B01 cuts out mid-transmission on a new B-50C pack

A new Li-ion cell ships at storage voltage — typically around 3.6V to 3.7V, not a full 4.2V charge. When you press PTT, the transmit current draw spikes hard. If the cell is at storage voltage, that spike can pull the pack voltage below the BMS overcurrent threshold and trigger a momentary cutout. This is not a faulty battery. Charge the pack fully before first use, confirm dock LED turns green, then test transmit.

Bar indicator showing one fewer bar than expected after fitting the B-50C

The Anysecu B01 reads battery level through simple voltage-threshold steps — each bar corresponds to a voltage bracket, not a fuel gauge calculation. A new pack fresh from storage sits near the bottom of the top bracket or just below it, so the indicator reads one bar low. This is not a capacity fault. Charge to full (dock LED green) and the bar indicator will align correctly once the cell reaches 4.1V to 4.2V.

Frequently Asked Questions

The charger dock fault LED never clears after I put in the new B-50C — it just keeps blinking. What's wrong?

A new pack shipped in extended storage can arrive below the dock's acceptance voltage threshold, causing the charger to reject it rather than begin a charge cycle. Remove the pack, wipe the gold contact strip with a dry cloth, and reseat it firmly to complete the BMS handshake. If the fault LED persists, try a five-minute rest outside the dock, then reinsert. The dock should accept the pack once contact resistance drops and the BMS signals a valid cell voltage above 3.0V.

My B01 drops to noticeably weaker audio on receive and lower transmit range mid-shift — the battery looks fine in the indicator. What's happening?

This is voltage sag under sustained RF output load. As the cell depletes past roughly 3.5V, internal resistance rises and the pack can no longer maintain the voltage the transmit circuit needs — output power drops before the bar indicator catches up. The indicator lags because it samples voltage at rest, not under load. Swap the pack at the first sign of audio drop rather than waiting for the bar to fall.

The B01 won't power on at all after the B-50C sat unused in a drawer for a few months. Is the pack dead?

Extended storage at low state of charge can push a Li-ion cell below the BMS recovery threshold — typically under 2.5V — causing the BMS to lock out to prevent damage. Place the pack in the charger dock and leave it for at least 30 minutes without interruption; some docks apply a low pre-charge current to recover cells in this state. If the dock LED remains on fault and never transitions to charge after 30 minutes, measure the pack voltage across the contacts — a reading below 2.0V means the cell has dropped too far to recover safely.
